The front reception staff went out of their way to make it easy for us on arrival. We arrived early in the morning and they checked us in earlier. They also allowed a later check out for our comfort. We dint try the breakfast here. The rooms are beyond comfortable. Probably the best place I've stayed in Saudi so far! The shower was clean and powerful and the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. I'd definitely pick this hotel is you had an option. Its worth it!!!

Reception staff was really Courteous specially Mr Nawaf who was kind enough to give us free upgrade to deluxe from standard Room. cleanliness is on spot and the facility is quite new and close to Malls and City walk etc.

The Room’s curtains are not fully closed due to some weird adjustment which leads to sunlight entering in the room early morning. Housekeeping only replaced one towel during room Make up but it didn’t matter much as we stayed for 2 nights only but something they can keep in check for future

This has been my hotel of choice in Jeddah for the last two years, never once have I been disappointed. The front-desk staff are helpful and friendly (special thanks to Abdullah). Rooms are spotless, and the value for your money is beyond worth it. Again, the Comfort has always been my choice of hotel in Jeddah.

Cleaning schedules could be better. Staff only come around after 3pm. Would be nice to come back to a clean room after being out in the morning.

The hotel and the staff are very good, the hotel is very comfortable, near to all locations. Many thanks for Mr.Mohammed in the reception for his continuous support.

Room are comfortable and clean. No bad smile, cleaning and maintenance are also good.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and very nice just like the pictures. They provide everything in the room including iron, microwave, coffee machine, locker, small fridge, a desk and a chair. The staff are helpful and cooperative. Mehedi offered a great room service.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool. The sound proofing of the room is not so great. The bed mattress is not too comfortable. A bit pricy for the service provided.

Welcoming front desk, quick check-in, breakfast had limited choices but good quality and found the most popular items to eat, excellent gym, complete hotel is neat, clean and very good fragrance, excellent wifi, new property, good parking at G and 1st floor, free self-use laundry including washing powder, hyper panda is in front of hotel if want to grab something. Paid 622 SAR for 3 adults for 1 night - bed and breakfast (1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed which is very comfortable), overall value for money, will visit again.

Small room size but it is mentioned accurately in the description at the time of booking and room have everything so it's okay. I don't know why but all hotel rooms in KSA is not sound proof which is very important factor and not so complex to implement.

I really liked the cleaning crew. Very respectful and kind. Mukthar was amazing. He really helped us out with everything we needed. Because of great workers like him, we would always come back to this location.

I wish the breakfast was included like all other Comfort hotels we have stayed at.

It was a perfect visit. The location was excellent, the reception staff was welcoming & the hotel its self was quiet. My request with connecting room was implemented successfully. The house keeping was perfect specially Mr. Mohammed Elyas for the 6th floor, he was helpful & satisfied. Parking area was wonderful & enough. The location for me was amazing at the center of king road & very close to hyper market & shops. finally, it was an amazing trail. Thank you.

The resturent is modest. No swimming pool.
