Courteous reception staff. Excellent room in room menu and food. The portion was big enough and the taste was very good.

worst night sleep due to next room creating terrible noise after midnight till 2:00 AM. Reception was not available for 25 minutes to receive my call. guests were checked in around mid night and needed extra mattresses (4 in one small room) was the main reason behind the excessive and persistence banging on the walls and loud noise from 11:30 till after 2:00 AM. Parking was also very cumbersome and the person who manned the electric gate was not available most of the time.

I am a frequent business traveler and have been to many hotels around the world. I have never seen a better customer service than at this hotel. I would like to name the lady at the reception Ayat as the Best Ever Customer Care Provider. she is a Saudi young lady that has a passion to help and serve customers. She goes out of her way to assist and support. I had a package to send by courier. I left with her and she sent it with driver to the courier company. We asked for few other things at the hotel and she was always the reference point to make it happen. Ayat is an excellent example of Best Practice. I met the hotel manager also Ali Al Agnam who was outside his office to talk to customers. Although the location of the hotel was not to our choice, but the facilities, staff, service are all EXCELLENT

The location may be best for those attending a conference at the hotel or for business meetings at the business park. However, for general visitors and tourists, the location is bad.

The worm welcome and support give by reception people specifically by Mr. Abdulaziz was appreciative.

The were not provided with dental kits one has to call and request for them it wasted crucial time in morning hours when people had to head for meetings.

Lobby was amazing, and the room was clean

the coffee in the rooms was not the best coffee, and also the food in the restaurant doesn't have too many options and the price is very high compared to the location and other hotels in Saudi prices

The hotel was good and the staff was cooperative. Had a very pleasant stay worth the money. They had a bar in the main lobby wish I had enough time to try that as well. But the breakfast buffet was very good.

They had parking issue, if you are lucky you can get a shaded parking. Also if you are coming late in night you might face the issue of raised barrier to parking. Other than that things were overall good

Quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms, the corridors are very comfortable and enjoyable, the sound of the music is beautiful, and I hope it will be constantly and not at certain times, especially in the corridors.. Clean and services are very beautiful , personally , adopted it as one of the first choices when visiting Al Sharqiya again

car parking very small. no perfume or air fresheners in the hotel, if they are present, may be insufficient and not very stable

I like style of hotel with big open lobby. Room was ok with functional AC.

They didn't give us invoice at check out. It was promised, invoice will be sent on mail, but I am still waiting (currently 5th day). Surround buildings under construction (not noise, just estetic).

location,staff, breakfast and comfort. when i told the reception this is my first visit, immediately upgraded my room 😃🙏💙

the electric sockets was different from my home, still i can ask them to provide an adapter but I didn’t as im staying one night only. it’s better to mention it for any hotel to make sure the guest is aware about it.

Rooms were spacious and clean. My request for a smoking room was accommodated promptly.

Although the hand shower was not in the best of condition but is wasn't too big of a problem.

Please take care and ask you the change the furniture in the lobby it really old and not clean and add more electrical connections points with normal standard connections
