Howard Johnson Dammam Hotel

The location is very good, quiet and safe,close to the sea promenade, a big clean appartment, a small shop nearby, we ordered breakfast (50SAR) which was large and delicious, staff very friendly and helpful.

I was looking forward to seeing the sea out od the window, which is really close, but the windows are not possible to open and you can not see anything. Concerning equipment in the kitchen, there are only two cups, coffee and tea available, electrical kettler,but no dished no plates no cutlery,but it may be standard, I don't know. Anyway we were very satisfied to stay here.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Specially both the reception managers. Thanks to them.

The Internet WiFi had some issues and TV reception needs improvement. As a sincere guest I am notifying them to improve this to make it a perfect place. It was working, but just needs to be upgraded.

The curtains in room are not black out in a sunny city so the room light up very early

The location infront of the sea was fantastic with the rooms of sea views and room size was really good and giving enough space to feel

Some stuff wasn't working correclty in the room (hair dryer, one light lamp) Some stuff was semi-broken (Ironing table, Water boiler) Electric outlet were 110v and made some of our own devices work less efficiently.

The staff, how quickly everything was done, the rooms are specious, from my side for a short term stay it was perfect

The rooms are a bit kind of old, so if you have an issue with that it might not suit you

Nice value for money, friendly people at the reception desk. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.

The bathroom has to be renovated (but it is clean). I wish there were more electrical sockets to charge your cell phone.

Loved my stay here. My kids enjoyed Swimming pool. Beds are big and very comfortable. Hotel is at corniche so a superb hotel for the people who are planning for outing.

I booked king size room but once I arrived there I was all full so the guy on reception he upgraded my booking with double deluxe apartment which was a huge one and on the same price without any extra charges. Breakfast was also good and served in the room.

Toilets and doors need some attention. Inside lock was broken and I informed the hotel management but no one fixed it for me.

I like this hotel. the room is very spacious, a lot larger than most hotel rooms i've been in. Carpeting is very thick and comfortable to walk on, it feels and looks brand new. The breakfast is great. But most importantly in my opinion is the location, it's a quiet area of the Dammam, and you only need to cross the street to reach the corniche which is especially vibrant and alive at night.
