Bay Gardens Inn

We stayed at low-mid-high end accommodations during this travel and this one was a mid range choice for us and it ended up being the most fun and value. The Inn is connected to the resort so we could take an included shuttle to the beach resort any time of the day and resort had great facilities on the beach and happy hour where the bartenders were amazing at making cocktails. We had a lot of fun there, hung out in the warm pool after dark and it was overall a great stay. All the staff was very helpful and nice and it seemed that majority of the people staying there were having as much fun as we did. Location was also great for restaurants and shopping.

We had an ice bucket but never actually found where to get ice from, but not a big deal at all.

We liked the location, the patience and friendliness of the staff, and breakfast 😀

We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room by leaving the chain on the door and exiting out the patio door. The Inn didn't have a key for the patio door, which I think they should have had. We waited over 30 minutes for the maintenance man to arrive for assistance.

Check in took a bit longer than expected. But otherwise everything was wonderful. Clean property, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Housekeeping came banging on the door at 8;45 and scared us from our sleep. Thank God we had the chain on the door because she opened the door to come on. Smh. I can't blame the hotel for this, I think it was bad judgment on the individual.

The hotel's location is always a positive. Staff were very friendly, helpful and resourceful. Generally, the room was ideally located, clean and comfortable. An overall good value for money experience.

I believe it was an overall good experience. The rain tried to ruin the stay, but the staff were quick to get umbrellas and ensure that the situation was handled.

The hotel is very close to a supermarket / small shopping mall and it’s within 10 min walk to the beach (or you can use a free shuttle to the beach). The breakfast was very nice with lots of options available. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we loved them!

The Room was very spacey and well laid out. Also the entire outside surrounding was extremely beautiful and clean. I loved the Breakfast Buffett that had something for every taste and preference.

I had Problems with the Shower,having either too little water pressure or Hot/Cold mixing wouldn't work properly. The Restaurant Menu was rather boring and with too few Vegetarian or even Vegan Options.

Quiet room location. Room perfectly located in front of swimming pool. Happy to be able to swim late at night. Very important for me when I travel.

Great staff who were very helpful. Close to all necessities, and the beach. The latter is very walkable, or you can catch the shuttle to the resort.

Would have liked to have seen more local foods served at breakfast.

This hotel did a great job considering the times we are in. Staff were fantastic. Room was comfortable, 2 minute walk to shops. It's a 10 minute walk to beach but much cheaper than the beach resorts so well worth it in my opinion

Breakfast and restaurant cosy and relaxed! Grounds lovely and pools! All staff pleasant, lovely and kind !
