Nothing everything was perfect

Truly a Grand Hotel! Everything was perfect. Location close to main sights but quiet at the same time. Staff is exceptionally kind, they went above and beyond to make my family feel at home. My little nephew needed medication and the reception staff went to the pharmacy to pick it up then brought it to the room, simply amazing! I could easily communicate with the hotel weeks in advance, to arrange for my stay, and I wish I would have stayed longer. Room was impeccable and breakfast well diversified and tasty. The city center is beautiful and full of history. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay again when in Iasi next time.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Iași. Only there for one night but wished I could stay longer. Staff were brilliant and everything about the hotel was to a high level. Breakfast really good.

Both ladies during our check-in and check out at the reception were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel is served only after 7am but we had to leave the hotel at 4:30 am due to early flight. She asked the cook to prepare the takeaway breakfast for us. I would like to say a big thank you to both ladies at the reception and the cook for preparing the nicest takeaway breakfast for us. The hotel is located at the most central location of Iasi. The room was of decent size, and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I visit Iasi.

An electric kettle in the room would have been even better.

The hotel looks very impressive. It is a hugh stylefull building that is dominating the square in front. The location is top. The rooms are very large and spacious and have all the comfort you need. The view from the room is great.

The staff is not well instructed : they don’t greet the guests, they don’t even look at you when you pass by, they don’t help you with your luggage, they are just hanging around, we even saw how they were laughing with guests in the breakfast room. The building needs some fresh up. It is old glory, but new investments are needed to keep it up with the needs of guests.

Great hotel which has a great history, originally designed by Gustave Eiffel. Beautifully furnished rooms, newly renovated, all decorated with great taste. Perfect location close to all touristic attractions in Iasi.

I liked everything in this hotel, I will for sure be back. The only downside is that one of terraces in the Unirii square downstairs has loud music till 1 a.m. Maybe they can manage to discuss with them( same noise is to be heard in the Unirea Hotel next to it).

The overall experience was nothing below expectation - room was up to a 4 * hotel - breakfast was great and you cannot beat the location of the hotel in center town.

What hotel staff can do better it is about parking - I guess it is a small price to pay for video camera system or for somebody to help guests instead of have them waiting on the rail-stop - making a phone-call to reception in order to resolve somehow parking - same procedure on departure ( even though they said for exit there is a sensor ) What cannot be improved it is the location of the hotel near tram railway - the noise starting 5 AM it is bothering your rest no matter what -

Splendid accommodation. Situated in the heart of Iasi, with all the amenities around. Room size was decent, bed was really comfortable and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel is the perfect combination between the vintage and modern styles. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. As a tourist, if you want to visit the city I think this is the best option available.

I had a really nice welcome - complementary fridge magnets and bag - from the staff who were really helpful, nice and who always had everything organised and sorted for me (taxis, train info etc). The view from my room was great and the location is perfect for exploring everything in Iasi. I loved having their free afternoon tea in the window overlooking Union Square, and the attached bar/restaurant was also a really good place to go in the evening.

I liked everything. No need to change

This was our second stay in this beautiful hotel and we couldn't fault anything. Oana and Catalina on reception couldn't have made us feel more welcome and were wonderful to engage with. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city centre, and again I have no hesitation in giving it our highest recommendation. A little bit of luxury in the heart of Iasi!
