The room was nice! I will definitely stay here again the next time I’ll visit Bucharest! The staff were also very nice! We arrived early and they did everything they could so we could have our room earlier that it was planned. I think they also upgradded the room so we could get it earlier.

We arrived at noon, the room key was already waiting for us. The rooms are big and comfortable. There are 2 spaces: 1 for adults and one for kids. The shower is very comfortable. There is wonderful wifi reception everywhere... The bed is great. There are very good sushi restaurants near by.

The AC located only in first space thus for adults to have nice temperature the kids have to freeze... There is a very large and comfortable balcony however no view and the AC engine makes it noisy and wet to seat there. The breakfast is OK, no large variety and not too tasty, if you hungry it's OK. The location is Terrible (except for the sushi) There is no parking however lots of free space near the hotel at least during the evenings... We asked for towels replacement received only 2 (we were 5).

Greta location, near some of the best restaurants in town. Great breakfast with home made foods, staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Location was perfect for me. Most friendly greeting and welcome from staff, room was nice, well maintained and clean. Any time I called reception to ask for something like water or drinks to be brought to my room they brought within minutes. Would highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to the opportunity to stay there again.

Shower pressure very weak but not a big deal.

Great location in the city center, but on a quiet street. The room was spacious and clean with a huge window that lights up the room. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi is fast. Breakfast was tasty and with enough to choose from. Parking on the street in front of the hotel was not an issue during the weekend, with lots of free spaces available. A lot of nice restaurants and bars in the area and an easy base to explore the city center. The check out till 12 is also a nice perk.

Not a lot to complain about. The noise insulation of the room could be better, but noise levels were still acceptable. The only ammenity missing from the room was a safe. You would expect that to exist in a 4 star hotel.

Incredibly well organised - just like the large hotel chains. Super location: Dorobanți is a neighbourhood full of speciality shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The street the hotel is located on a street has very little traffic noise (my room was at the back and I could hardly hear anything). Very modern room with an easy to use and very responsive climate control system. Friendly and professional reception staff.

While the shower was superb, the toilet was perhaps a little too close to the wall - it was a bit of a squeeze! That was the only (very slightly) negative thing I could say about my stay.

Staff that takes care of breakfast was rude and had attitudes Breakfast it is served between 7:30-10:30 and at 9:00 when i went for breakfast everything was cold and not eatable. In the moment that i brought this to the lady attention (that was taking care that everything is ok for guests breakfast) she gaved me attitude, rolled eyes and turned its back on me .

- location is great, with a nice and quiet neighborhood, with lots of cafes and restaurants very close - staff was friendly and nice - comfort of the room is great (we stayed in a family room that was large enough for 4 people) - cleanliness

- couch in the family room is not extremely comfortable to sleep on

Staff was very friendly and even though we booked 2 hours before arrival everything was ready on arrival. My daughter was very tired and slept very quickly on the sofa ready made for her. They even had fresh water waiting for us, very useful after a 5 hour car ride. We were extremely tired and slept well even though we had to get up very early to go to the airport. The receptionist was awake at 3 am to help with bags and stuff, very quick checkout.

No parking and the arrea was pretty expensive for eating out
