Sheraton Bucharest Hotel

The room was clean and cleaning service provided every day, the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The swimming pool and sauna was included in the price.

Although, the swimming pool and sauna was included in the price, only one of the two saunas was working. Chaotic arrangement for the sauna, swimming pool area and massage rooms. Each of them are located in different sides of the 2nd floor and you can get lost when looking for them, because the signs and the directions are not correct and it should be more easier to get from one area to another. We had to ask in the reception more than once, that in a double room we need two robes (as they were not prepared when we arrived).

Generally very good, has very good facilities and at the same time has a cosy feeling.

The waiters at Benihana restaurant were a somewhat chaotic bunch and to be honest not up the expected level of courtesy and professionalism (although they were not rude or anything like that). While I ordered teppanyaki, I was not offered to sit at the live cooking station (which is largely the point of a teppanyaki restaurant), instead they cooked my food in the kitchen and brought it to my table as in a usual restaurant. The food was good however. At the end, the waiter who took the payment felt that it was a good idea to highlight, no very subtle, that the tips were not included. Can someone please tell them that this alone kills any desire to leave a tip?

Aurelia the Manager on duty was amazing! We were traveling with a group, and our reservation was a bit chaotic. She sorted all our issues professional, with an amazing smile. She is a real asset. The location is just perfect, rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very supportive, breakfast selection is good, the gym is well equipped. Looking forward to get back. Cheers M

The location, facilities, and overall value for money were great. Despite the fact that the staff could not give any details about the spa treatments, We were happy we booked massages because they were great! Monica is a true professional and we hope many customers book massages with her.

The staff is very inexperienced and cannot respond professionally to customers’ demands (especially via phone). I called to ask about the spa and they had a very “take it or leave it” atitudine and did not know to give a single detail about the spa treatments offered.

Everything was really impressive the staff was really polite food was amazing and the bed and pillow wow! Ana at reception was really helpful and the bar staff was also really pleasant.

Pool area closed at 11pm the only improvement they could make would be make this 24hrs as its a unmanned pool in the day so what difference does night make? 9/10

The staff were very helpful in solving the issue of adding a child to a room after initially booking a second room, and provided us the option to add a rollaway bed to our room. The heated pool was enjoyable, and the hours it was open were convenient. Breakfast had a wide assortment to choose from and very delicious.

The staff was excellent and went above and beyond any request and need we had. Very nice location of the hotel. The swimming pool is nice but very well equipped and has a nice sky view.

The bathroom surface had water marks and the area above the toilet had some blue mark. Most likely would've had the room changed by the staff but at it didn't ruin the stay. The dry sauna was not working. Parking was not included in the price.

Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding and offered an excellent variety. They had hot water and air conditioning that worked. Location was adequate and had enough restaurants and shopping in the immediate area for most things, but was further away from major shopping and tourist attractions.

Spacious room, good location and friendly staff. The Pool was nice with great opening hours till 11 pm. The gym was also well equipped

There were horrible guests on our floor who were loud, smoking, drinking etc. The staff did as much as they could, but that was a bit of a disappointment.

Sheraton Bucharest is a top-tier location with awesome helpful staff and perfect attention to details when it comes to comfort and cleanliness.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about it, it’s my fourth time staying here and I’ll visit them again soon.
