Great location in beautiful old Bucharest, fantastic breakfast and top notch customer service.

Ridiculously expensive taxi ride organized by the hotel for a ride from hotel to Bucharest international airport Otopeni. 60 euros for an approx. 5 kms journey....

Excellent location, facilities and breakfast. Modern and clean, the hotel was great for our needs in Bucharest. As always with remarkable places though, it was the people that made the difference. Roberta and Ella were kind, courteous, patient and understanding, we can't thank them enough for making our stay so pleasant, for being so nice and warm. Sending all our gratitude to them and to all those helping during our stay; we hope to return and enjoy a longer one.

The room was exceptional with a large balcony and a beautiful bathroom.

The hotel said it had parking. I had to go in and ask. After a while I mentioned that when I booked I was told there was parking. This was a “must” after a very early flight and picking up a hire car. Eventually I was told that we could park in the garage next to the hotel.

We had a junior suite, with a hot tub and shower that elevated the stay! With my partner we enjoyed it very much. The room was very spacious with a small armchair and coffee table for relaxing, as well as a desk that could be used for work. The room had a big TV that could be moved and be watched while staying in the hot tub, which was a great feature. The room was very clean, the floors were warm, it had amazingly soft towels, great quality toiletries and snuggle-y bathrobes. The bed was comfy but it was making a squeaky noise every time you moved, which was actually the only "meh" thing in this whole hotel experience. The breakfast was great, with a lot of tasty and fresh food, and with great options for vegetarians. There was even available staff that could cook the omelette just how you want it! There was also fresh fruits and vegetables. Perfect service! The hotel also has a restaurant at the ground floor (reachable by elevator, so you don't have to go outside!) and at the check-in we received a 10% for a restaurant meal which was very nice - the food was tasty there too!

As mentioned above - the only downside was the squeaky bed when you were moving, nothing else.

there was some minor stuff, that ruined the overall impression a little bit. there was loud music playing in the lobby at all times. there was loud music playing on the floor in the morning, which you could hear in your room. some power sockets, the toilet paper holder, the shower tap, back of the desk chair were loose. the shower area and the walls in the room could use a fresh coat of paint. would have loved, if the room was equipped with a coffee maker/ electric kettle.

Nice hotel, good location, really friendly staff that were always ready to help. Really good Italian restaurant on site that had very good pizza and beer. The girl from Ukraine was super friendly and a great waitress. I had the balcony room which was nice and it included a coffee machine. The hot tub was great on the roof and we used it a few times.

Had a cockroach run across my bedroom floor on my last night. Bit gross but I know this can happen.

The bed was the best i've ever slept in, the TV is huge, access to jacuzzi, AC.

The breakfast was ok-ish, but it's not worth the money. The rooms and the hotel itself are not worth 4 starts, to be 100% honest. It needs a massive upgrade. Besides the bed and TV, everything looks old and cheap. Would have been nice to have a fridge for our personal belongings.

Nice modern hotel, spacious room. Bathroom was good. Really nice rain shower. Reasonably quiet area of Bucharest.

Couldn't control heat in room. No instructions for heating/ air conditioning panel. The mini bar was far too expensive to make it realistic to make use of it. Very little information in the room about the hotel or the surrounding area. There was a jacuzzi, no idea how it worked as no information provided

The location was excellent, easy walking distance from grocery stores, and public transport. The room had excellent view. The staff were also very friendly. The breakfast options were a bit limited (especially lacking in vegan options), but still quite decent, and the food they had was rather tasty.

The only real gripe I had was that the shower didn't really work as intended, there was a rain shower, but the water ran around the head instead of through it, making it less than ideal.
