Labirint Boutique Hotel

Very friendly staff and helpful, the breakfast is fresh and you have a lot of options. Location is quiet, the vibe is very good and I would recommend it. They also have parking in front of the hotel. You can consider your clients from now when we visit Romania

A very nice and familiar little boutique hotell. Staff was friendly and serviceminded , room and hotell / lobby had a modern and fresch touch, it seemed to be newly renovated and it was very clean. Not a huge breakfast buffé but with all you needed , fresh and tasty - the coffe were great.

We dont mind walking but some may think its a little bit "off" - it took us about 25 / 30 minutes to walk to the old town/lipscani - more than an hour by feet to the Herestreau park and around one hour for the parlament Palace for example , we enjoyed our walks and didnt mind and also taxi is very sheap.

Hotel was clean and tidy and the staff friendly. Room was small but had what we needed. Pleased to see a kettle and a fridge.

1st room we were given the shower was broken and the electrics didn't work as we arrived. Electric was sorted but then broke again and we were moved that evening to a new room. Would have been good to have some directions about where best to catch the right bus or tram into town. We managed to get in but not back out so had to walk or use taxi. The area is a bit run down but seemed better if you took a longer walk via the river

The staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious. Spacious room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is about 25 mins walk from old town which is reasonable.

It's stupid but the toilet seat was too small for the toilet which meant that the lid would always close when you were using it. Did not bother us too much but it's the only thing that I could think of that I somewhat didn't like.

Very good location, hospitable staff, especially from the lady who received us. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom and everything you need in the room. Very good breakfast.

There was an internal door between our room and the next door, which was not very pleasant, even a slight noise could be heard. Poor sound insulation in general.

Breakfast was not exciting at all but the staff was all excited to offer whatever was available. The location is well located. I believe and may be I am wrong, but its a family run organization.

it is situated 2 km out of the city centre in a neighbourhood with some ruined houses, but a supermarket closeby

All staff was very kind, polite and accommodative, the main reason I'm giving a good rating. Additionally the location and cleanliness were good

Room soundproofing was poor, I could hear others slamming their doors starting from 8am. Perhaps the closing system of the doors should be changed as they could only be closed properly by slamming. Also some items were slightly broken (e.g. shower cap, fridge was not cold at all despite being turned on)

Excellent hotel. Clean, very well located and wonderfully friendly staff. Everything was perfect during my week! I checked in late at night and Sandra made me feel very welcome. Wonderful experience and service from Sandra with her kindness and personality! She made me want to come back! I highly recommend it!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is close to Old Town; walking their was very easy. Supermarket 2 min. The room and bed comfortable, and traffic noise was minimal. Great breakfast to start the day. Thanks .
