Spacious room, perfect for a family (4prs) Very good location (close to Metro stations and commercial activities), however in a quite and with a feeling of safety neighborhood. Room temperature 1 bath + 1 WC Soundproof Beds (matress & pillow) Nice and helpful staff

Very small closet (room is very spacious, a bigger closet fits easily) No garbage bin in the room (apart from them in the toilets) Short and narrow blanket (not good enough for 2 prs) Couch is good as a bed only for 1 person (or two small kids)

Great location, Great breakfast, helpful staff, great value for money, spacious rooms with carpets, shampoos also nice, welcoming lobby, we had a very pleasant stay. Excellent vegan restaurant at a short walking distance down a pleasant side road.

The "sofa bed" was very small, does not fit an adult, or even a tall child. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and sweet, but cleaning was often done without care, and there were dirty water stains in the bathrooms. The hotel has a nice view but the balcony is over a main road on which drivers drive fast and noisy, making it virtually unusable. The other window does not open at all, so it is hard to let fresh air in. It is also kind of scary to walk by this road with kids, but there is no other way to go by foot from the hotel to the area, so we just had to hold them close.

Disappointed from the food, it’s not excellent it’s normal. And nothing more. The staff are amazing specially andrei, he is so professional, knows everything, so welcoming. I guess he is the best hotel worker I’ve ever meet! The hotel is so lucky having such a worker like him and the others in the reception , if I’ll come back to the hotel it’s because the reception staff especially andrei, not because the restaurant

More stuff like ear cotton , hours of the breakfast , giving more water in the rooms..

The reservation went extremely well and even if I had to cut short my stay compared to my earlier reservation they were very accommodating and immediately updated my reservation details. I also liked the dine-in menu. The guest rooms have everything a business traveler would need, and it was always cleaned.

This is not exactly what I didn't like but could have been better - the breakfast menu could use a little more variety (maybe alternate the choices every day).

This is a good hotel for good price neat the city center and straight behind the palace. This is probably good to say one of older hoteld, but the rooms very tidy and clean, the was air conditioning working good and staff presented with ironing. Did not have any complains, everything was just tidy, good and properly. The staff talked in English well.

There was really nothing to do not like as I was satisfied with evertyhing and nothing to add from bad side.

The room was clean, but there is carpet and the windows dont open completely, so its not good for whom has allergies. The location was not far from old town, but demands 10-15 minutes walking to metro station (however, there is a bus that stops in front hotel). In addition, there is not near shops to buy food and drinks. The nearest was one close to metro station "shop nd go" (10 minutes walking)

Everything was perfect - very nice staff, spacious and clean room, view to the Parliament building, great breakfast! Perfect stay for the business trip in the heart of Bucharest!

Breakfast was great! And front desk staff was very polite.

Excellent experience at the reception. Everyone spoke exceptionally good English and were very patient to explain how to enter the parking. Even if there was a line of several confused people before me, who barely spoke English, the girl at the reception helped them with the papers and ensured everyone understood everything. Since we were on a business trip, we booked a cheap room. It was nothing special, but anyway we only needed to crash somewhere during the night, then continue with the trip. I can't speak of the more expensive rooms. The location is great. If one is here for sightseeing, many things such as the parliament, the Old Town and some monuments are no farther than 15 minutes of walking.

Everything was fine. The location of the hotel is great, the room was clean and spacious, there were enough towels for everyone. Breakfast was good.

There was no freshly prepared food at breakfast - pancakes, waffles or fried slices . The windows in the room do not open all the way, only "scissors" (perhaps due to safety measures).
