YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport Landside

A perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights. Yes, the room is small as expected but I had heaps of luggage and there was still room to move around. The gentleman that checked me in kindly offered to assist me with my luggage as the wheel was broken. The room was very quiet, so I had a great nights sleep to rest during my trip from London to Sydney. Being based in the Jewel, the beautiful waterfall is practically just out the door of the hotel, buses are also available to the city only a few minutes walk away, taking around 45 mins to the Marina Bay Sands.

Due to my flight leaving at 1.35am, I had to pay for a second night of accomodation even though I checked out at 10.30pm. As this is an airport hotel I'd have hoped they would be more flexible e.g. able to book a half day (I did ask about this). You're unable to store luggage at the hotel and I was unable to store my luggage at the luggage storage shop as they won't accept laptops.

Had an overall pleasant stay. Bed was super comfortable. Tight spaces, but nothing out of the ordinary for a budget airport hotel. Just an FYI for those of you arriving late in the evening - there are not many food options in Jewel past 10pm. Most places in the foodcourt (in basement level 2) are closed, and places that are open have massive lineups. Try to eat at your arrival terminal if you can

I stayed at this Yotelair twice and couldn't help but notice a mildewy odour in the bathroom both times.

excellent location - signposted well from Terminal 1 exit and perfectly positioned to explore the Jewel. loved that the amenities were all provided so you didn’t need to unpack to shower and get ready for bed.

the toilet was a hanging one and was loose on the wall. worked fine and was probably all good but made me nervous every time I sat on it.

Perfect for a short stay in SG if you dont wanna go outside the airport. Literally 5 mins walk from baggage claim T1, and everything else is within reach. The lounge is facing directly to the Jewel, although a bit far. But it was a nice space to catch up with work or just hanging out while enjoying the all-day, free flow complimentary tea and coffee.

The room is very compact, although the bathroom/shower is unproportionally large compared to the bed space. If you're expecting a spacey room, better book another hotel.

— The temperature was 20.5°C. We set it to 24 (can't go higher), and it started to rise. Left the hotel. When we returned it was again 20.5. Set it to 24 and went to sleep. In the morning, it was back to 20.5 — Loud furniture-moving noises from above during the night — Your card doesn't work for the gym; only the person at the reception can open it for you. Maybe they could do the same thing for the room door, good idea? — Breakfast starts at 6:30 (fruits and juices) in theory; in practice it was impossible to check this as if you're leaving earlier you won't get it, even if you specifically ask — After 10 pm, this part of the airport dies down, the fountain gets turned off, and most shops close. Keep this in mind!

Bed comfy. Reasonable price. Clean room.

No windows. No soap in dispenser. No fridge. No tea making facilities in room.

Cool space themed hotel that's situated in Jewel, Changi Airport's main shopping hub itself. A good place to stay if you're a shopaholic, or on a short schedule and want to experience a lot within a few hours time, as Jewel itself has plenty of shopping and dining options, as well as some ticketed activities good for family fun. Main attraction of Jewel itself is the fountain at the centre of it all surrounded by lush urban greenery, with periodic light shows at night.

Food and drink options were limited. If you're not a fan of coffee then bottled water is best. There's a vending machine for snacks but not really a good substitute for a proper meal. The only actual food options are few, with some local dishes such as fried mee hoon noodles. On the bright side, it's ok, but not as flavourful as what you'd get at a local food court at times. Perfect if you're not used to Asian dishes and/or love the milder taste. Still satisfying, but I've tasted better in my opinion.

Perfect for staying as short layover in Singapore. WE have has 22 h of a break to sightsee the city and next day to fly to Vietnam. That was a great choice. Small, usuefoul comfy room for one night. No disturbances from airplanes although it is direclty at the Terminal. Convenient as plenty of restaurants around. and of course... Jewel! you are just one hand from the waterfall and this marvellous patio! yu may visit that during a day and the evening! :) that was really great!

You have a good longer walk to the nearest exit and oustide smoking area ;) although in Singapore it is generally not easy to find such spots so at least you have it ;)

The room was great, the location was very good for shopping and it looks around

The staff is unfriendly, I have bad experience when I want to get coffee,the guy coming asking who touch the coffee machine while it's cleaning the machine and he straight look my son that no doing, he stand up and wating his tea. I tell him it's not him, it's me cause I don't know that machine is cleaning at the moment, they should put a sign on that. But he kept winging and said the milk will drop too. But the one I don't like is he straight pointing to my boy at the time. So this is my first time happening with this hotel, It never happens to me every time I go on a holiday. Thank you

During our quick layover in November 2023, we decided to stay at YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport. Despite the room being small, it radiated cleanliness, and the cozy bed offered a peaceful night's sleep. The well-maintained bathroom contributed to the overall positive experience. The breakfast choices were enjoyable, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. Check-in was quick, and checking out was smoothly efficient. I strongly recommend YOTELAIR to fellow travelers looking for a convenient and comfy stay during transit.

Should cross immigration to get to the hotel. Could have been airside.
