Wonderful architecture and fabulous gardens in the sky

We had a deluxe room (which was small!) but there was nowhere to unpack!!! Fixtures and fittings were top class , but you have to live out of your suitcase. And if there are 2 then the suitcases need to take turns. Hotel needs a major rethink on this

Design, location, room, soap and shampoo

It took long time for someone to pick up phone. Few times no answer. It took long time to deliver request. No place for business meetings.

Incredible facilities

Not so much a didn't like...but more of a suggestion In other hotels of a similar price and rating you receive some complimentary items from the mini bar. I am not suggesting alcohol however some soft drinks and some basic snacks would be a nice touch especially for the price paid.

The balcony room provided a pleasant space to chill with fresh air , instead of just being in an enclosed air conditioned room. Newly renovated hotel, sleek design. Good service staff.

Exquisite “lush nature” design with grand scale, high ceilings & serene ambiance · Pleasantly surprised with thoughtful complimentary services provided for our wedding anniversary staycation (late check-out, room upgrade, cute decorations, tiny cake & 1 FOC poolside bar drink!) · Room was comfortable with large-sized bed, other useful furnishings & luxurious-branded toiletries · Great facilities; ample-sized indoor-outdoor pool with poolside bar and gorgeous restaurant with limited but varied breakfast menu · Staff was wonderful; most were friendly & greeted/served us politely and especially front-desk staff Natasha who was warm, welcoming & good-humored while engaging us in delightful conversation during our check-in process!

Slightly overpriced given the following flaws; · Location further back of Orchard so not very convenient, view wasn’t as nice and it overlooked into the surrounding rooms so no privacy either unless curtains were drawn · Some switches/electricals were kinda wonky & difficult to figure out/control · Room kinda small so no bathtub and also mini-fridge was too tiny & not cold enough to keep your own items

Had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Orchard! The room was more spaceous than expected, as the windows are huge and the ceiling is high. Beds were very comfy, and the cleaning was excellent everyday. Breakfast was also incredible, with lots of options (both Western and Asian) and the staff was always really friendly and polite (especially the main omelette chef!). The pool area is wonderful, what an amazing view and exceptional design, also very clean and staff around was very helpful and kind. The bar in the reception is also great, the price for cocktails was very reasonable, and it's once again a very cool design of the whole area. The food were perhaps a bit pricey, but that is to be expected to be honest. We also asked for a late check-out as our flight didn't leave until midnight, and they weren't able to accommodate us, however the staff was kind enough to extend our check-out with a couple of hours at least, which we appreciated. The staff in the reception area was also very kind to help call taxis for us whenever we needed, and we felt very taken-cared of. The location is amazing, right behind Orchard road, just a short walk away. Overall, a wonderful experience, with great staff, great facilities, and great food! We will definitely be returning :)

Basically nothing to complain about, maybe perhaps that the coffee at breakfast wasn't very good. Perhaps offer pots of coffee for the table to share instead, since the coffee from the machine was subpar. Also, the AC in the room was a bit tricky to work with. Sometimes it would turn off completely, and sometimes it would run on full speed making the room freezing. Would be good to perhaps include instructions on how to manage it? Otherwise, nothing negative about our stay!

The building in itself was different and amazing. The pictures online make you think the place looks fake but when you see it in person OMG!!!!! I had the view of the garden and city from my room and it was beautiful. breakfast was soo good. there was a good variety of things to eat and they made you omelets on the pot how ever you wanted them. I didn't get a chance to go but the pool looked so beautiful.

when trying to order room service it was a little difficult for me only because I paid in full for my room. so instead of just putting in the order I had to call the front desk to put in my order. Seeing that you needed a key card to get on your floor it was a little hard for your friends to just come up to your room. Being that everything in Singapore is a little on the pricy side the breakfast was a little expensive but than again totally worth it.

Awesome service and facilities. Stayed in this hotel for six nights and tried the Mediterranean restaurant for family dinner (of 6) as well as for breakfasts. We also ordered Hainam Chicken Rice for room service, and the taste was beyond what we expected. Very good. We visited the Pacific Breeze for dinner and Fahmi recommended some food those just perfect to our taste, and helped us customized the Club Sandwich ingredients. Really cool. Excellent service! Would recommend to our colleague and family/ friends.

An amazing hotel, clean, well thought, beautiful to look at! I loved the diptyque products in the bathroom. The room had a sliding door and we could go outside to look at orchard road. Most of the staff were super nice and helpful. We really felt welcomed and valued.

It was completely no smoking and we had to go down with the trash to get to the smoking area, it’s an open hotel and I think a small smoking area could be added on the property. The guy at the pool was the only staff I thought didn’t want to be there. Had to ask a few times for him to come clean the table, then he disappeared for a long time when we wanted to order food and drinks. He worked very slowly and wasn’t very friendly.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wonderful selection of any kind of food you like. The modern type of the new hotel was stunning and very clean. The stuff is very professional and super friendly.

We wanted to upgrade our room to club floor, because my husband had to work as well and there is no desk in the room, also the hotel has no business centre where you could sit and the lobby is outside/open....but the price per night was super expensive, even we had already a room with balcony and incl breakfast. But topping up this room to the club floor was 360 $ per night. The automatic closing of the curtains when you opened the balcony door....also you could not open one side of the curtains, it was only possible: both side fully up, or fully down, also the curtains in the room the room / bathroom is very small, and there is no space for your suitcase.
