La Villa Suites Hotel

Entire stay was good and staff also very kind and helpful.specially I would like to mentioned that, receptionist "ANGEL" was amazing and she know how to satisfied the guest's first impression , giving polite welcome. Check in experience was exceed customer expectation,with warm welcome what was a great hospitality. We stayed room 801 was very comfirtable,tea coffee making facilities wi fi,tv connection with comfortable bed...everything was good..it is actually us value for money...

Water tempereture in washroom,needs to have cold water as well.

They charge for the blood stains on bedsheet 100 QR , first Hotel ever who charge for a blood stain in my experience in hotels..

The staff was really friendly and helpful They always do what is comfortable for the clients the staff was very very very friendly

I did not like the location at first but then i liked it

Receptionist was the best as I have been visiting here from long and whenever i met that receptionist I feel comfortable as she’s very welcoming and we requested microwave for our room and she provided immediately. Thak you

They would have keep dental kit and slippers and they’re providing it if we request but it supposed to be inside room mandatory.

Overall, I really appreciate the room.

Location of the Air-conditioning unit. During my stay, unforeseen maintenance work must be executed in order to fix the Air-conditioning unit of the other unit/room. Unfortunately, the only way to do it is to access the living room where I stayed in (confusing). Different tools and equipment must be brought back and forth to the balcony while I'm watching in the living room.

Location. Easy access to daily needs and metro. Spacious unit as it comes with kitchenette, living room and separate bedroom for privacy

Its always nice except this time my stay is annoyed with the noisy AC in the room. Staff should check before giving the room to avoid moving room again. Bathroom cubicle is small and no door/curtain do all the water from showers will sprinkle and messing up the dry area bathroom. The other sister hotel is better, comes with microwave,propsr plates and cutleries even cooking pot to allow proper dining but this la villa suites only provide basic room coffee tea standard which is understandable

I like how spacious the rooms were ,expecilly the fact that it had a kitchenet which was very convinient .I like the overal acessability of the location being just mare minutes to the doha metro ,interms of cleanliness it meet my expectations, Mostly I liked how Angel made us feel wellcome and made the checking process smooth and effortless

The receptionist sometimes changing of security guard. But im not sure..but the girls recionist is very good salute to here that hotel is lucky for having that kind of person..she is very good..he entertain us very well..thums up for her

I dont like the manners of security..sometimes talking angry why not talk gently to customer and maybe tell here to smile..

The staff on on the recieption were soo good n friendly 👏. Nightshift staff on that day used his own means to make sure i got to the hotel coz the duty mobile couldnt send the actual location that shows how responsible n how devolted he is🤙. Housekeeping staffs are also doing a reccomedable job hecko.

From my side all was as i expected .
