The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center

Staff was very pleasant. Overall a very quiet, mature and relaxing environment. The neighborhood was also quiet and well kept. Room was very clean upon arrival, I had a standing shower which came with the traditional king room, spacious bathroom. The lobby was very welcoming to guest. Received complimentary wine one evening. Housekeeping came by every afternoon. It was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This isn't a complaint, just an observation. The hotel is not located near much night life activities if that is what you are looking for.

great location, in a quiet area but also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Quick and easy chekin\checkout, parking garage right next to the hotel

the carpets in rooms require deep cleaning, mine smelled of spilled coffee the shower requires some plumbing as the hoses were leaking, still could take a shower though, so nothing was broken overall the coffee pot was missing a tray the additional towels were washed but had stains overall not applied to the hotel, but travelers with cars beware - parking in dc is a pain, the overnight parking that the hotel offers is overpriced, better book the spot in the parking garage next door

The property allowed us to checkin early and arranged for some amenities which was fantastic since our luggage was delayed android not have toiletries to freshen up. The staff was amazing special mention of Chad (front desk)and Peter (concierge) thank you once again for helping us make a really unpleasant situation with our bags a bearable one.

I think housekeeping can do better especially with the linen some had stains even though the linen was clean

Room was very clean and bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!! Amenities such as shower gel and shampoo were a great addition. Would stay here again!

Because I booked with Booking.com, it took a while to get checked in but Mr. Dana and the lady at the desk were very helpful!

The room and amenities were very nice. I liked having Starbucks coffee in the room. The staff was quick to respond to any requests we had. I appreciated the fresh water that was always available at the entrance.

Our room had a big bathroom with one bright light. It made it very dangerous for me because I didn’t want to turn on the bright light in the middle of the night when I would get up to the restroom. The bathroom was very dark and I almost fell a few times. I think you could at least provide some night lights . I tried to buy a night light at the cvs that was close to the hotel but they had none.

Welcoming lobby. Safe. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Comfortable bed, pillows, linen. Updated shower fixture & large bathroom. Pleasant stay.

Parking. Word to the wise: don’t bring a vehicle. If you don’t utilize the hotel parking, there are options in the vicinity but many close on the weekend. Be warned.

Location was near my restaurants, Wawa convenience store and CVS pharmacy around the corner. Check in was quick and easy. 15 mins walk to the White House, 20 mins walk to Washington Memorial, 30 mins walk to Lincoln Memorial.

Room was smaller than other US hotels I have been to, and the property was a little aged. There were no slippers available in the room but the front desk quickly sent housekeeping to deliver the slippers to our room.

The associated restaurant is a bit overpriced for the quality of the food. The dinner menu looks uninteresting to me. I got upset stomach after having an omelet here for breakfast. But there are plenty of alternatives in walking distance.

Wonderful, luxurious, and comfortable. I had a pleasant surprise that when i arrived at 11:30 in the morning, the room was immediately available, and I didn't have to wait til 3 PM highly recommended. also the price was very reasomnable
