Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, a Radisson Hotel

Location on the strip and on the side close to Venetian and Wyne hotels, walking distance to many. Free parking was wonderful and convenient. Restaurants on site are good enough when not wanting to walk far to find food, since 2 young kids on the trip. Hotel room is roomy and very clean. We got the view to the strip, watched fireworks during New Year Eve. It was a great experience. Bathroom is well maintained and pretty good quality. Beds and beddings are very comfortable. We had good nights' sleeps. That made the trip so much better. Not a super luxury hotel, but very comfortable and not cheap at all.

The spa, pool were close at the time of our stay, new year eve week of 2023. WIFI was lagging, we had to keep connecting. My kids could not play the games they usually play at home because of poor internet connection.

The hotel was very nice and busy. There are plenty of places to dine right inside of the hotel. The customer service was great. I didn't run into any issues during our three day stay. The room was comfortable. We were having a birthday celebration. I ordered a gorgeous cake (delicious!) from a local bakery, delivered right to the bell desk. If we go back, we would choose the same hotel, because you can walk to all of the shops or take an uber if you don't feel like walking. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

There wasn't a coffeepot or microwave in the room. The towels were too hard. The bathtub didn't look very clean upon arrival. Everything is expensive but I think that is Las Vegas anyway, being a tourist area. Overall, the good outweighed the bad:)

Check in was terrible. I knew we were arriving in the early morning hours and reserved our rooms for the day before. My children have cystic fibrosis, so I booked nonsmoking rooms. After waiting to check in, there were two employees and no line. I was told one room was smoking. I explained about my children and that I asked for nonsmoking. The checkin clerks’ suggestion was for all of us to stay in the one room. She also told me that I should have gotten there earlier. She was extremely rude. I did get two nonsmoking rooms because I asked for a manager, so the rooms were available all the time. It was not a good start for our trip. I found the high majority of TI staff to be rude. The valet and cafe employees were the exception.

The hotels on the Strip, the main street in Vegas, offer basically the same good service. If you want to play, it doesn't matter which one you choose. If you want to look around, you should not choose one of the ends of the street. Hotels sometimes give drastically low prices for a few days if there are few reservations. For them, not only the price of the accommodation is important, but if you sleep there, you will also play there and spend money. That was the reason I choosed now Trasure Island - it was third price for a few days. The hotel itself is high but not luxory level.

Check in takes about 1 hour if you arrive in the afternoon but it is normal all Vegas hotels at the Strip.

I like that you guys don't charge for parking fees unlike the Bellagio. Your rooms are clean, your staff is friendly and the price is right for being in the middle of the strip. Keep up the great work guys! Do not get greedy!

I wish your TV's had a HDMI extension cable so that when the adults go play down to the casinos and spend our money in your property, the kiddos can play PlayStation or video games and they are not bored. Second, please place some sort of smell absorber or an aromatic scent machine in your elevators as they really smelled horrible throughout our stay. Last, the extra fee just to face the strip is a bit of an overreach. Other than those three reasons, your property is excellent.

non hotel guests/homeless loitering/sitting outside the main entrance of the hotel smoking mj and made it hard to breath outside the hotel. There should be a hotel personnel outside the main lobby entrance to make sure the hotel is presentable to guests.

Everything about this place is pretty much perfect. The location is fantastic, the casino and rooms are great. Lots of options and variety to eat. Pool is small but the Cabanas and Lanai's are nice and affordable.

Wish I had better luck on the craps table

This hotel is in a great location and it has nice big rooms. Everything was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The price was great!

I would have liked a coffee pot in the room and the walls are a bit thin and you can hear people in the rooms next door.
