Excellent facilities Nice buffet Not so crowded

A little bit far from The Strip Prohibitions to allow minors into main swimming pool during weekend

Was clean room and beautiful view. Good design, big shower with the curb (water isn't going out). Awesome buffet (breakfast is good, but for brunch price is highish). Polite staff.

1. Curtains niches don't have soundproof, and you always listen if guests below open and close curtains. 2. I'm not agree with working time for pool and spa: pool from 10 am, why? Ok even it's Las Vegas and people are getting up later, but it's closing at 7 pm-_- And spa working until 5 pm, why? After take a rest you gonna sleep, but not at 6 pm. 3. And I really can't understand why spa is separated for women and men? I could sit with my husband in sauna or jacuzzi, only in the rest area:( 4. Don't have any AC parking place or maybe I didn't find 5. Don't have access and view point on the top of towers, only from your room.

Overall the PALMS was worth every penny. Lively atmosphere throughout. good food . Security was spot on. only 2 incidents and both handled quickly and with discresion. only bad incident was with SPIRIT AIRLINES. They cancelled our return flight, would NOT put us up for the night and could only rebook us three days later. UNACCEPTABLE.

SPIRIT AIR could have done a much better job of accomidating passengers who had to WAIT three days before they could fly out. I was left with renting a car and driving from Las Vegas to St. Louis, Mo.

very clean place.

the resort fees and all of the extra charges. i was charged $25 for picking up a drink from the mini bar in the room. didn’t consume the beverage; just picked it up and put it back. the receptionist at checkout removed the charge, but still… I was also charged $365 at checkin— on top of the $251 for two nights. I believe I get the $365 back, but Jesus. a lot of unexpected charges and fees. you would think with the amount of people coming and going in Vegas, they wouldn’t have to charge so outrageously. I miss the times during COVID when a room was $40.

The pool was great although there were not enough umbrellas.... with it being crazy hot it needed more umbrellas. The room was fantastic and much bigger and better than expected.... two thumbs up Palms!

Keep the pool open longer. With it being summer and the sun being out until 8pm it seems weird to close it at 6pm. IT would have been nice to spend more time at the end of the day when it wasn't so hot to chill and socialize.

Location is not really walkable to the strip but we had a car so no problem as only a few minutes away. Hotel was good value for money and clean. Room was much bigger than expected.

A fair few of the ice machines were out of order, we were on floor 5 but had to go to floor 9 to find one in working condition. We were on floor 5 and during our stay there was a corporate party on the casino floor until 2:30am. The walls, TV and furniture were literally vibrating - I know its Vegas but we still enjoy sleep! We did mention this at reception and the lady was surprised that the party was going to go on till 2:30am. She was very helpful and apologised and we were given a free breakfast and a resort fee credit for 2 days. With hindsight the hotel perhaps could have put us on a higher floor but being honest we did request a lower floor. We would stay again at the Palms without hesitation.

rooms were nice and beds comfortable.

pool area is locked until 10 am. we were only at hotel for brief over night stay. we wanted to have coffee outside in the morning and enjoy the sunshine but with pool area locked there is no place to do this. if they are going to lock pool area in the morning there should be an outside patio for guests to sit and have coffee in the morning. we asked and were told there was no area open for this.

Great hotel , very welcoming staff, looks like new , room is spacious with nice view of the strip (ivory tower) not far from the strip(we loved it ) great buffet, little bit expansive(about 40$ ) but you get what you paying for!

No refrigerator or coffee maker/ Tea. for some reason we only have trash bin in the bathroom other than that everything is perfect

The hotel staff were great. Went to Laguna restaurant for breakfast and the staff were above and beyond. The hostess was great and anticipated our moves before we even knew what we wanted. Loved the waiter and staff. Food was delicious. Went to the Ghost Bar and Kaos and both were great. Wasn't able to catch Green St when it was open :(

Rented a cabana as my colleague needed shade due to cancer and we were not sure she would be able to find some. Although we didn't need one as it was not busy at the time, the staff were friendly. I was a bit disappointed that we were the only cabana and yet still had dirty dishes laying around etc. They were very friendly but not attentive to cleaning up.

The room was nice however there were no amenities like, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The pool area was very nice however the drinks are incredibly expensive. Location of room and pool were great.

The prices of the restaurants were very high as well as the drinks at the pool. Specifically the Scotch steak house. If I'm going to pay $60 for a 8 oz rib eye, it better be incredible. It wasn't !!! $40 for a glass of wine is just stupid. Get rid of this place and get something a little more affordable. Probably wont stay here again just because the restaurants and drinks are ridiculously priced.
