Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas

The staff was so wonderful to work with. After a bumpy start to the stay, Christina helped to really turn it around for us! She was so friendly and patient and worked with us to get the best solution to our problem. Thank you Christina for making our vacation awesome again! Also, the large balconies on the 9th floor are amazing!!!

The room I had reserved was not available when i arrived for check in. I was told the room hadn't been cleaned in time for my arrival - mind you, i had spoken with one of the managers the day before and that morning to confirm my late arrival to the hotel. Luckily, Christina helped to make a bad situation good again! She helped get us into a single king room with a balcony, as the balcony was The important part! The balcony in this room was amazing but the pull out couch that i had to sleep on was definitely not... I think it may be time to upgrade those mats that are being called mattresses.

staff will NOT tell you that you have to pay for parking :) they just charge your card ONCE YOU HAVE LEFT AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO! I tried calling but I apparently now only have the option to speak with my bank about disputing the charge - and trust me, I will. This is non sense! The hotel was great otherwise but this has ruined it all.

Free Breakfast was the best.

Reservation price was different from the actual charge. Not including the parking fee, I was charged more than what my reservation states. Went down to the front desk to complain about the excess charge but she told me I'll be paying a little bit more if I follow the reservation amount. I'm an accountant but she taught I was stupid with numbers.

Our only complaint is front desk would not answer there phone when called to get towels blankets pillows so we always had to go down to the front desk to get assistance

Our suite was clean, comfortable and romantic. Breakfast was DELICIOUS with SO much great variety of both hot & cold breakfast options including fresh fruit, muffins and other pastries and every choice of drink you could want. The location is right in downtown Las Vegas. We stayed for a local college volleyball tournament held 20min away from the Embassy. I thought traffic may be an issue but it wasn’t. We will definitely stay here again.

I didn’t get clear instructions on where to park. I got the parking pass but didn’t understand where to use it. Clearer instructions on where to park.

I got the room at a much lower rate via this app. The room is clean and very spacious. The bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel is closed to the Strip. The buffet breakfast was nice.

4 nights of stay and I didn’t get any wifi signal at all :( I called the front desk and she told me to go down to the lobby, but the wifi signal in the lobby is different from the wifi signal in my room :( so I’m not sure how that will help. :( Of course, I know how to connect to the hotel wifi but for this hotel, it just doesn’t work. The other reviews were correct. I had to pay for more expensive phone data. :(

Good location and friendly staff

Room didn’t have toiletries, had to ask for sheets and blankets to make the sofa bed ourselves. No shuttle, social hour or full bkfst. No daily housekeeping. Not worth it for the price

Great stay. Very Clean hotel. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Room and bathroom was spacious. Located near lots of convenient stores and restaurants. 15-20 mins from Strip in Vegas. Price of room was good value for experience. Complimentary breakfast. Restaurant on-site. Happy Hour bar (with complimentary guest drinks) on-site. Would definitely stay again!!

Be prepared to either pay $17 a day self parking or $20 per day valet. Site says parking on-site but I don't think they actually tell you the price. So I have. Thank me Later lol.

The overall stay was great! I liked the size of the room and the food was good for breakfast.. The parking was ok being close.. The staff was great. The place was very clean. I was happy with everything.

To be honest, the pancakes could have been better but the French toast was good.. the bathroom didn't have soap the first day.. and, the last thing was the coffee maker in the room needed cleaning. Overall, it was not bad at all..

Clean and nice rooms

They tried to charge to park in the parking lot over night for each night you stay. Which wouldn't be so bad because they have a homeless people problem but the signs in the lot say not responsible for theft from your cars. Then what are we paying for to park in YOUR lot.
