Candlewood Suites - Las Vegas - E Tropicana, an IHG Hotel

Our whole experience was amazing, checking in was fast and easy, the room was super nice, clean and exactly everything we needed. Parking was free and convenient and it was super close and walking distance to the strip. The hotel was quiet and super relaxing after coming from the busy strip so it was nice to come back to and rest. I will 100% be coming back here and recommending to family and friends

I had no issues at all, only thing they could have possibly had was complimentary breakfast but it was not a deal breaker at all

Very clean, very spacious room with a comfortable bed. The kitchenette is equipped with good basics. There are two types of pillows on the bed: firm and soft - easily recognizable by the stitching on the pillow cases. The room to the back of the building faces a highway and the airport but it was unbelievably quiet. I didn’t hear the traffic or the planes - amazing windows! The staff was very nice and accommodating. If you are a good walker it is walking distance to the Strip. It takes roughly 30-40 minutes to get to the Bellagio (depending on how crowded the streets are).

It was a great experience. The only reason I didn’t give 10 points is because I very rarely do that (maybe 1 out of 30 stays) only when there excellent service and hospitality which I didn’t request here.

we liked room, coffe/tea option in the lobby, laundry service, polite staff.

I thought i would give 1 for the hotel because we had neighbours in 206 room who had party with many people inside the room with their own music speakers that was especially loud with low tones. As we were staying with infant, party was a nightmare for us. i asked hotel staff for the help of loud music they promised to calm them but didnt do anything for few hours.. we went to the downtown and when we came back at midnight everything was calm. so we had silent night. for this reason i give full points. we could smell cannabis sometimes in our room through ventilation or corridors.it was strange as for non smoking rooms. so minus 1 point.

We were in n town for Summer league and the venue was the Thomas and Mack Ctr. which happened less than half a mile away. The location of the hotel was great!

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was you had to call 24 hours to have room service. I checked in late Wednesday night Thursday morning but was not told about housekeeping. My room was not cleaned until Friday.

Great location - walking distance to the Mandela Bay Convention center. The staff was very friendly and did recommend local places to eat off the strip. The gym was very clean and easily accessible during our 4 day stay.

While there is a mini kitchen, there was only 1 chair for 2 people and no table to eat at. The bed was too far away from the only flat surface which was a desk. there wasn't even a free standing end table. Also, there is no free parking.

The receptionist did everything possible to accommodate our request. She was so cordial and provided a great customer service. I love the fact this hotel is so clean and neat, the rooms are so spacious, and have full required amenities. Beds are so comfortable and super clean. It’s located near MGM & the strip. Simply, love it!

At the beginning, we were not able to locate the hotel based on the address shown in the link. It was actually across the street were the map took us 😔. But this is the only thing that can be modified/changed.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

There was an error in the billing and I was charged twice. Although it was corrected it was an inconvenience because my Money was tied up in a hold for 5 days. I understand mistakes happen but I was I. Vacation and shouldn’t have had to worry about not having that money available to me.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was so comfortable and well equipped. It felt like our home away from home.

The only issue (very small and not much of an issue) the AC in the bedroom was blowing slightly warm air when the AC was set to the coldest setting. The one in the living room was working just fine.

complimentary laundry facilities for guests use. The pool area was nice, with a spa. About a block from the main drag so it was close enough to walk places but far enough to get away from the noise and traffic at night.

No breakfast available. I did not like the fact that we got charged for parking at the end of our stay. We were not aware that there would be a charge for that. I mean come on really!!! We are staying at your hotel and your gonna charge me to park there!!!!!

New and nice facility. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. The small convenience store in the lobby had plenty of choices. The room was a nice size, kitchen would be great for a long term guest or a family, and was pretty clean. The pool and hot tub was nice.

The floors in the room and throughout the property were quite dirty. Although most of the hotel seemed clean. I did think the room was a bit overpriced for not being on the strip.
