Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spring Hill/Weeki Wachee

The breakfast can improve, but it did not take away from the items given. I liked the big waffle that was available; there were a variety of cereal, bagels and biscuits. I especially loved the availability of fresh coffee daily. I was thankful for the person who cleaned our room; took much pride. A smile was always there when we returned to the room, very clean.

I had no complaints.

The continental breakfast good. The room was very comfortable, and clean - plenty of linen was provided. The staff were all helpful. Mark on the front desk was exceptional. He's one of those down-home persons who has a huge and welcoming heart making people feel at home upon arrival and throughout their stay. He's a great asset to any business/corporation - very personable and welcoming!

The only thing that I could complain about was the air conditioning. We could not get it regulated it was either to cold or to hot.

It was clean. The staff were all very professional and kind. The room served its purpose for our stay. I do think it was a bit over-priced, but I’m also from a much smaller city, so this could be a factor, as things are cheaper.

The room never got below 74 degrees even with the wall and unit settings to 70. My son got expired milk at the Continental breakfast.

The pool was clean and quiet. We felt close to everything, but never heard nearby traffic. Housekeeping was friendly, offering extra bags for trash cans every morning so our cans never got overfull. (I set our trash in the hall each morning on my way for coffee.)

Breakfast did not have much variety. Cereal/Oatmeal/Grits, Microwave Biscuits/Danish ( Still had cold spots after warming in my room microwave.) Yogurt and Juice/Milk or Coffee. No fruit and not much protein (Boiled eggs would have been great!) Being Diabetic, Carbs and Carbs with extra sugar are not part of a good breakfast to me. Good News is lots of restaurants nearby with better choices.

The staff was very accomodating. They let us check in 2 hours earlier than the standard and that's coz weeki wachee was already fully booked for the day when we came and so we just thought that we could get in the hotel and they did let us check in early. Very professional and hospitable. I would definitely recommend Microtel Inn. My family and me were very happy with our stay. Plus the 24/7 free coffee was great. Two thumbs up!

The ceiling on top of us was like shaking when the people on top of our room walks around. We had a hard time sleeping on our very last night for it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had checked out the morning of the 8th and then come back for a second night (unexpectedly). They upgraded our room when we shared with them that we were trying to stay close to our son, who was in the NICU nearby. Such kindness! We very much appreciated it.

the room was new, very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The inn is located very close to the weeki wachee spring, where we went for a marvelous kayak tour. breakfast was better than in many other places where we stayed and we could even do our own waffle. Highly suggested.

It would've been nice to have a substantial breakfast, eggs are undeniably healthy and delicious, whole-grain English muffins etc...

Nice location, all the staff were awesome & friendly, however I didn't like much the way I was approached by the young guy at front desk, late at night when I was leaving the building, and main front door was locked, nobody was at the front desk at the time, but as soon as I unlocked the door to go out, the guy showed up from behind the counter telling me I wasn't supposed to unlock the door... that I should have used the emergency exit on the other side of the front desk, which I never saw before that night... He wasn't too nice about it !! Other than that everything else was just great.

First impression of facility very clean easy access from highway. Checking in Staff on there game, friendly and well prepared. Pool area well kept enjoyed relaxing after a long day in the sun. Breakfast decent . Excellent Morning staff . We'll meet again

No eggs for breakfast

The staff was super sweet and very hardworking. The same lady checked us in and out of the hotel. She offed to upgrade our room for $10 and I'm glad that we took that offer. I was impressed by how everytime I saw a staff member they were always hard at work.

The bed was a little uncomfortable & there were some stains on the chairs in our room.
