Our hotel room was on the top floor (floor 9) and as all rooms have balconies we had super views of the distant beaches and blue sea, of Bomfit Park below and the football stadium to our right. Room was great as was our experience.

The breakfast buffet was a scrum trying to get my morning coffee! Only one machine, and our breakfast arrival, admittedly a tardy 9:30pm Saturday morning meant i ended up not joining the long coffee queue but having a coffee back in our room.

Hotel ideally located to get to know Setubal, the center is very close (10 min walk). The breakfast is very plentiful and varied. Our room on the seventh floor was quiet and with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom had a tub and great toiletries.

The information about parking(the hotel has only 3 parking spaces, the others are paid for on the street, and it might be complicated to find a space depending on the time of year you arrive), and 25 euros per day as an extra for those with a dog seems excessive to me even though a welcome kit is given to your dog with kibble, two cups and a blanket.

The hotel is clearly aimed at an individual approach. A creative surprise was prepared in the room. Very clean, I really liked that the bathroom products were from Rituals. Very good fresh breakfasts, a large selection of delicious coffee, and what was extremely important for me was plant-based milk, and when ordering individually, you could ask for gluten-free dishes

Comfortable hotel, breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite good but I would expect to have fresh juice. There are a lot of things where you can see that the hotel aims to innovate.

The check-in process could be improved by giving more context like pool reservation, max people in the pool, the process for car parking, etc. The online check-in process did not work and I had to repeat the check-in again in the hotel. The pool can be quite small and even with covid measures (max 8 people), you don't have enough room to swim. Size and air quality of the SPA could be improved.

Location, availability of a pool (even if small) and a spa.

I had dinner on Sunday at the hotel and was surprised that instead of the personal to come over to ask for the bill and explain they have to close the cashier, they decided to dimm down and up the light several times. I felt it was an awkward way to communicate a simple message. A pity, it ruined my overall perception of the quality of the services of the entire hotel.

The staff is very kind. Very rich breakfast. It is located next to a beautiful park and near the train station and bus station.

One of the reasons why I chose this hotel was the fact that it has a swimming pool. But the water in the pool was not warm enough for me. The pool is a bit small, you can't swim.

breakfast is very good if you plan to visit Troia Peninsula its very good location, you can go by ferri or by car (1h) drive

parking, only 3-4 spaces available from the hotel but around/in front there are plenty spaces on public parking (you need coins for paying the parking)

excellent location walking distance from the city center and several restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff who were always available and with a smile. Comfortable room with a nice view over the city football stadium. Small indoor pool, very well kept and with nice warm water. A good winter short break.

Some difficulties with the TV/ Youtube usage, but it was a minor problem which the hotel staff promptly offered to resolve or even change rooms. Highlight for the quick answering time and friendly resolution.

Breakfast was self service, very good, lots of choice. The staff were very helpful. Evening meals were excellent, a limited but superb menu with something for everyone. Three nights were buffet and the food was beautifully served and varied. The room was cosy and comfortable, All was clean and up to expectations. Many staff were young and good fun, taking an interest in our queries.

The small balcony could have had a small table and chairs.

It's a good busines style hotel with good location next to the old town! And it comes with a nice breakfast! Easy parking for motorbikes!

Check-inn was very complicated! The man in charge at front desk was not customer friendly at all... we got the feeling that we should have apologized for bothering him!
