Great hotel! Located outside city center, but just a couple of minutes from metro station with 4 lines operating, so it is very convenient to go to the old town. Room is basic, but very comfortable with comfy bed and pillows. Very quiet with closed window. Good climate as it was not hot inside at all. We got to check in earlier which was also great. All in all, great value for money, would stay again.

Would be great to have a refridgerator in the room. We managed without it though as we stay just 3 nights and had our meals in the old town.

A simple budget friendly hotel. Perfect for a 2-3 day stay, we mostly only came in to sleep at night. - There is a TV, small locker and an open wardrobe. - Most toiletries were provided (the shower gel was pretty good) incl a hair dryer - Good basic breakfast w/ assorted breads, cheese, ham. Some shortbreads, sweets, juices and coffee machine.

It is not a serious issue but the rooms are quite compact, and almost soundproof (we heard the occasional noise from the hallway but we didn’t hear traffic)

The staff were great, very helpful and the rooms are very clean. We were given clean towels every day and the shower was great after a day's sightseeing. Short walking distance to the nearesyt metro.

The room is a little small. We decided not to have breakfast as it looked a bit basic/ canteen like. there is no social area to relax in in the evening. There is no bar or restaurant etc so when you were at the hotel you felt confined to the small room.

Clean functional room. Large rainfall shower. TV with a good selection of programs. Good location to use the metro and very close by a huge shopping center, with a supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room small for two people. Storage space and room to move around only enough for one, despite the double room. Breakfast limited to mainly sweets. Mid-June visit and the particular bed was laid with a quilt, with no separate sheets.

I really loved the warm welcome and service from the staff! Special thanks to Christina for making my stay more comfortable with her great gesture! The hotel is right next to a big shopping mall which is open untill 11pm and also there's a metro station right near. It is really close to the beach as well! Overall a very fine stay!

I would have liked some more amenities such as a minibar and a hot water machine.

Very close to the metro station which takes one everywhere, to the ocean, to the city centre, to the airport; it was clean and quiet; the cleaning happened every day and the bed was very nice made; there was a functional hair dryer and good soap; it had a desk and a closet with enough space to hang and arrange clothes; very good wifi; very helpful staff.

too many delicious pastry for breakfast and no eggs.

We really liked the beds, very good breakfast, the shower was the best that I have ever showered in my life! I love the password system to open the doors, and how easy is to check-out.

Not really about the hotel, but we had a terrible experience to take our flight back home. The concierge told us she would call a taxi to pick us up at 4:30am, so we didn't worry about it. We waited 40 minutes and the taxi didn't appear. We arrived in the airport with 20 minutes for the gate to close. We had to rush very hard and was very stressful. Not sure exactly what happened to the taxi, but I would make sure that I request it myself if I were you.

Basic and simple, exceptionally clean. Fresh room, modest but modern room furnishings. Quiet room, comfy bed. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Pleasant stay for one or a couple. I chose a stay without breakfast. Big shopping mall just around the corner, metro 5 min walk away. A private car park. I'll consider to stay here again. Highly recommended.

No fridge. (But thanks to fellow travellers I knew it in advance.)

I liked the room and the lights, very simple check-in and check-out (just left the card in a box), tasty sweets during breakfasts. The location is not too far and easy to get to by a metro-tram. Good place if you travel by plane, very close to the airport (there's even a dashboard in the hall!).

The breakfast lacked hot meals, like omelette. Too many confusing PMs in booking.com, mostly ads and unrelated stuff in Portuguese. I also consider the price too high.

The hotel is a good value; the rooms are no-frills but clean and modern. There are no hot foods at the buffet breakfast but it is decent for a hotel of this category. The hotel is in a good location near metro and a huge shopping mall. There is convenient underground parking for an extra fee.

The hotel is located on a rather noisy road, so although I would have liked to open the window for fresh air, I couldn't due to the noise.
