We like the homey atmosphere of this guest house as it was intimate and comfortable. We like the kitchen and lounge facilties and their attention to detail. It was a smart guest house with lots of thought put into it. We would recommend having a car here. Once you learn how to park it's ok.

We did not like the location so much as in an industrial area and the walk into town was 30 minutes and coming back at night is a bit dark. We did not like the parking situation as it's right on a round about so you have to be extra careful when opening garage and parking, etc. It's a two person job.

Well equipped kitchen and spacious apartment. Everything you need. Coffee masjien and accesouries a bonus. Joana was very helpfull every time when we contact her. She give us superb advise how to do our own tours, as most of the organize tours was fully booked.

The breakfast was a riller. We asked for a cappuccino and the lady use a ready made cappuccino in a sachet, although there was a smart coffee machine available. The croissant we ordered was very dry and inedible.You can't call this a breakfast. I give the guesthouse a 10, because Joana service was incredible and the facilities outstanding, but she must really think to use another breakfast provider or rather not including a breakfast.

Superb, modern, air conditioned, fully equipped and spacious apartment. The owners could not have been more helpful with questions I had about access and travel. Excellent door code system. Nice breakfast in local friendly bakery (brush up on your French!). We didn't need it but there was sufficient private parking at property and nice balcony. Regua is good base for exploring Douro region. Lidl closeby.

The apartment was a perfect 10. Regarding location, not a problem for us because we like to walk, but it's a 20 minute walk into town or to train station to get anywhere. It was 38-40° in with limited shade along the way. Be warned. Use a sunhat in summer!

The room was clean, modern with electric shutters and pin pad access (meant checking in late was no problem) and was all I needed. I didn’t get a chance to use the communal areas but the kitchen and lounge room did look great. The hosts communicated a lot ahead of time so I had all the relevant details handy for when I arrived. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was very limited (pastries), though that’s more of a culture thing than the accommodations fault. It would have been nice to see some fruit/eggs in the mix.

Great place to stay when visiting the Douro Valley. Well located at the beginning of a great drive into the valley. Casa 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro is brand new and the facilities are excellent. Also the hosts were very nice and most helpful. I have no hesitation recommending Casa 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro for your stay when visiting the Douro Valley. Also they have parking right next door within the building which is most helpful.

Lovely guest house. Only 10 mins walk from the old town. Free parking in site. Shared kitchen, lounge and balcony we're great. Joana was extremely helpful. Lovely breakfast at nearby coffee shop. Rooms were beautifully clean. Would definitely recommend. 🙂

The room and the entire place is very comfortable and modern. It felt like home and we definitely will come back again soon. Special thanks to Joana and Marco for a welcome drink - delicious port wine. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Everything was perfect!

A fabulous, enormous, shared terrace we could use to sit out and watch the moon rise - as well as a comfortable balcony in our room. And there was a Port establishment 3 minutes' walk away

Completely modern, newly constructed property with a large shared kitchen. We did not use the kitchen but it was well equipped. The room was very quiet and clean. Marco and Joanan were always in communication with us. We highly recommend.

Brand new. Excellent facilities. Great location and all seamless process to get access. Close to all main places in the area. Fully recommend.
