10/10! Loved the room, the staff, everything was perfect. We were 3 girls in the room and had plenty of space, we got a king sized bed and a proper 1 person bed, everything super comfortable! Friendly and helpful staff let us keep the luggages after the checkout on our last day. Would totally recommend. Everything was new and super clean, loved the experience

I didn’t think the neighbourhood was amazing from a tourists perspective - having spent a few days in Lisbon, I think there are betters areas to stay on holiday.

We expected a great guesthouse and were pleasantly surprised that it was an even better one! :) It's at a great location, 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station. There is a bunch of restaurants nearby, a supermarket next door, cafés... The rooms are really cozy and comfortable, everything was super clean and we were welcomed by a couple of Pastéis de Nata, a cup of tea and a rubber duck for our daughter. :) Every room has a kettle, coffee, tea and a minibar, but you can also use a shared kitchen space to prepare some light meals and eat. You can also sit in the garden which is really relaxing - hard to believe that the hotel is on a very busy street. Now, the only flaw (for us, hence the score 9) was that the bathroom did not have a step stool and a toilet adapter, which would be super useful for people with small kids. We had to improvise, so our dauhter climbed on the trash bin to wash her hands and teeth and we also had to hold her above the toilet seat when she needed to go - so these two things are a strong reccomendation for the owners, it would be a big improvement! Otherwise, we had an amazing stay and would definitely book again.

I had an amazing stay at this property in Lisbon! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect—convenient for exploring the city while still being in a peaceful setting. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and my room was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything I could possibly need. The mini-bar was always fully stocked, which was a nice touch. Waking up to a beautiful garden view made my mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints—just a fantastic experience all around. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-managed place to stay in Lisbon, this is the one. I will definitely be returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service from the reception team was exceptional. They could not have been more helpful. As we have limited mobility they carried our bags for us without hesitation. We also appreciated the little touches on our arrival such as a tray left on our bed with flowers and custard tarts. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room clean and stylish. The staff also dealt with the 'drama' of the power outage that occurred during our last day in Lisbon in a highly professional manner ensuring the safety and wellbeing of their guests to the best of their ability. Thank you so much.

It would have been helpful if the first flight of stairs up to the reception area had handrails on at least one side. They were very steep stairs and for anyone with the slightest physical disability or balance issues this could be a problem.

Really nice suite

Not a very nice view of run down building and a bit far from center.

Friendly and very accommodating staff welcomed two very bleary-eyed travellers with all the information we needed to start our trip. A special treat was left by the guest house the first evening which was delicious! The outdoor garden area is an oasis where we enjoyed our morning coffee before setting out on the adventures of the day. I particularly like the WhatsApp updates, reminders from the hotel reminding us what to expect, when to checkout etc. The hotel and rooms are bright, nicely appointed and we had a balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of Lisbon. As well, we received restaurant recommendations and were delighted with the warm hospitality of their recommended restaurant.

The only issue was not being able to turn on the air conditioning.

The room was really clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The little gift tray on arrival was such a lovely touch 😍 The kitchen was well equipped and always clean, so we fell very comfortable using it at anytime. The garden is such a great space for a drink after a long day walking up and down the hills of Lisbon. The staff were friendly and really helpful, they even got us a highchair for our little one and left it in the kitchen during our stay.

The rooms can be a bit noisy. You can definitely hear the metro but it didn't personally bother us.

Was amazed with our stay here! The whole place is spotless! Our room was lovely with a super comfy bed, place for storage, clean bathroom, had a kettle with teas and coffees and the bathroom had towels and soaps. Lovely little garden and a fully working kitchen that you could use. Staff were so friendly and helpful - we really appreciated on our day of checking out that we could leave our baggage in a room till our flight later in the day so we didn't have to carry it around Lisbon for 5 hours. Overall would really recommend and if we ever come back to Lisbon, would defo stay here again!

I arrived with my daughter late in the evening and the staff was present and welcoming. The hotel and the room are well secured, and we felt safe. The check-in was easy and fast. The room was spacious, very pretty decorated, clean and with the necessary toiletries. The hotel is few minutes walk to the metro station and within walking distances to different areas of Lisbon. The view from the room was a street view. The hotel is not in a very touristic area, therefore very much on my taste.

I would like to mention that due to the comfortably close metro station (The Underground), the metro is able to be heard from the room (first floor).
