Very good toilette and shower, comfortable beds and clean sheets. Soft towels, plenty of blankets to pick from in the closet. Free soap and shampoo. We even had drawers. Easy access to the roof through the balcony. Beds are easily connectable. 3 charging plugs, but they were quite hidden. Great price, the later you book the better. There were ants in our room and because of being so close to the sanctuary, the bells made it hard for us to sleep well, so it's not the best for light sleepers

When we reached the hotel, we were told that they were overbooked and put us up in Imper hotel which was great and close to the other hotel and other attractions.
No one was at the reception when we were ready to check in and the door to the main hotel was locked. We are travellers and didnt have a mobile to call, which caused a delay in contacting hotel

We love the location. It's near to the church and also to the shops and restaurants. Servis was really good. Rooms were comfortable and clean with little balcony. Nice bathroom with clean towels every day. Parking is in the Hotel which is helpful. Overall great experience, we can only recommend.
Probably the only thing we miss is some small table.

Fantastic place,was spotlessly clean!had had beautiful room at top with small balcony+magnificent view of Fatima..will be back...my only tip would be to have member off staff always on repsepton during they day, Many thanks Angel Doherty

The staff were exceptional - Jessica and Raphaela looked after the rooms beautifully , very clean and attended to. Claudia is Amazing ! She was so helpful to us on arrival and with other things. Great staff ♥️

Very well located, very near the sanctuary and the commerce nearby. Easy check in, friendly staff, comfy rooms and our room had an excellent view of the Basilica.
The parking lot is small, so if you are driving you have to get there early. We got there early and had no trouble parking.

I just waited too long to get the check in the receptionist was at another location. But he is a nice and welcoming guy. The cleaning staff are exceptionally clean and nice humans.

The bathroom door did not open once you were inside. In addition the communication at the check in was complicated, due to a language barrier ( the receptionist did not speak a other language than portugees).
