We were really surprised with this hotel. Very large, stylish room, with all necessary. Bed was just perfect, we slept as princesses. And of course those “make up” light at the bathroom was just cherry on cake top-perfect for women. Very good cleaning, very friendly personal-we liked very much! In future we will stay only in this hotel-no doubts.

There were no hear drier and no fridge, I think they ate very necessary for travelers. Also in the room, on the door are hotel rules and point about “no food and drink in room” is a little bit too much…as I think

The triple room was very clean and there was space for some clothing. The breakfast had several options and was fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and the cocktails, including the gin and tonic were generous and not expensive. The whole hotel was clean and tidy.

The shower head was unstable and moved unexpectedly when showering. The air conditioning was noisy as was the room itself as it faced the road.

Customer service was really good! I felt welcomed, the staff had very good English and were nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet also had everything one could need and the location of the hotel is perfect for doing activities in Caparica.

The rooms giving into the road have relatively poor noise isolation which makes it difficult to sleep. The duvet cover on the bed was also too thin for November and it got quite cold during the night (note there was a thicker duvet in the cupboard but difficult to find the motivation to change the duvets late in the night!)

WOT is a very welcoming place to stay, staff is extremely nice and the rooms are nice and clean. Liked the little details as books in the room displayed were in my mother language - interior is simple and nice. Bathroom old but clean and sufficient. Coffee is very good :)

Duvet to sleep could be covered with bed sheets as during the winter months the duvet stored in room without cover is needed. But not to mention as in the end just a minor point.

good location, convenient breakfast times, variety of options at the bar. cheap prices for drinks. staff were helpful. happy with the daily housekeeping of fresh bed linen and towels.

I would prefer if the housekeeping staff would sweep the rooms every day. Our floor was always dirty.

Friendly staff, great breakfast with both break, yoghurt, overnight oats and fresh fruit. Location was great in the middle over the city , close to everything.

Due to the central location there were alot of noise in the rooms because of the poor quality windows, however, due to the price and the great location it was ok

Mattress needs to be replaced as it's stained and dirty.

The staff is wonderful, i came with my 2 kids, and we had 3 single beds. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom size is correct, not too small, and not too big. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast bufet is very nice and complete. Thanks again to the staff who are very helpful and kind. The walk to the beach is 5 min, the beach is very nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Mayby just the shower should be a litle bigger :)

I had the pleasure to stay one month in Costa de Caparica and all was more then fine with this hotel.
