Nobu Hotel Warsaw

The hotel is lovely, we had a great time. Unfortunately, we also wanted to use more things that the hotel offers such as spa or breakfast/dinner, but after a short check we found that the prices are significantly more expensive. For example, an excellent breakfast we ate at the hotel cost us 140 zlotys per person - while three minutes' walk from the hotel you can get an excellent breakfast at a price of 80 zlotys per person including everything. We wanted to go to the spa for a massage, but in a short inquiry we were told that the price for a basic one hour massage would cost about 400 zlotys per person, in a brief inquiry we found more than one place that offered a one and a half hour massage at a price of 300 zlotys per person. I am in favor of the consumption of quality services, but in my opinion in this case the cost was excessive.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are clean and the design is great. The employees are kind, the location is great.

I like the architecture first, which really stands out of the community while stays a tranquil and humble look from the street view. I also like the interior that soothed my mood after a long walk with my heavy luggages in the mid-night. The room is very spacious and comfortable, I love the full-height mirror in the entrance of the room and in the bathroom. I worked inside the room for two nights and enjoyed the sofa and table a lot. The Japanese aesthetics has been subtly interpreted into the urban context of Warsaw, exotic and unique in a fun way. I really hope Nobu can someday come to China mainland!

What a beautiful hotel! We got a classic room and really liked it! The bedroom was big, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing (it had a bathtub and a shower!). Also, the location is fantastic, right next to all the best restaurants and bars. And you should definitely try Nobu restaurant, the food is delicious.

We loved everything! The hotel provides all you need (even a yoga mattress and a hair straightener!). The only issue we had is that we asked for an iron a couple of times and never got it. Also, make sure to have some extra money in your account, since the hotel keeps a bit high security deposit for the mini bar, which is returned after checking out.

The front desk staff were INCREDIBLY helpful The building also had a constant clean smell which was very reassuring The room was nice and had what we needed good location and nice breakfast

we found navigating the ‘house keeping’ system difficult - there were no instructions and we had not encountered such a system before. There was a button included with the rooms thermostat that apparently alerted house keeping who woke us when they called to turn down the room. Their English was not great and our polish non existent and we kept saying we did not want to be disturbed however this didn’t seem to translate and we stood for some minutes trying to make the other understand but we eventually worked out it was this little button. maybe a sign or information on this to guests could be helpful but it might have just been us.

I liked the minimalist style as well as location, services and the facilities.

They had some sort of really noisy party on the weekends which you could hear up to the 3rd floor. The newly rich in Warsaw were strolling around in the lobby. No real problem but it left a kind of „that should be a no go in this kind of hotel“ feeling. I mean it’s not a club and with an open lobby maybe not the best idea. Matter of preference, though.

A modern and stylish hotel at a central and convenient location. I love the architecture, and the room -while on the small side - was comfortable. I would have loved a desk, which is important for business travellers. The breakfast is excellent, but pricy.

I had to ask several times to have a broken coffee machine replaced. I am also only half-convinced about the restaurant, which offers excellent sushi, but not all courses are equally good. The elevated price level raises expectations, which were not fully met.

It just does not - and could not - get much better than this. I have been coming here for many years, since this hotel was the lovely 'Rialto', an art deco wonder. That spirit has been maintained in the original wing of the converted Nobu, and I cannot speak of the new, Japanese wing - I stay with what I know and love. It's a marvellous hotel. The staff are professionally exact, but also personable, with that special touch. (The fact that my colleague and I were staying at the start and finish of a trip to report on the invasion of - and resistance by - Ukraine was a poignant connection with charming staff from that country). The rooms are luxurious, and the breakfast spread is among the best I've had over decades of travelling as a journalist. To stay anywhere else in Warsaw would be madness. One is sorry to leave, and eager to return.

I like the location ( late night walks through the city towards beautiful Old Town), modern style and sublime decor, but I simply love Nobu’s bedding! Also, our room was equipped in yoga matts. It is a huge plus that the staff there is very helpful. The front desk clerk helped me with establishing the Internet connection, and she had found me a local manicurist. Thanks!

There is nothing I did not like. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the location allows for lovely walks around town. I don’t like the scarce parking situation, but it is a common problem in big cities. Eliminate frustration by having yourself and your luggage dropped off.

The reception staff were amazing. Alexander, Hafeez and Magdalena made our stay! Friendly, considerate and welcoming and went above and beyond. Housekeeping do an excellent job as well. I have stayed in other Nobu hotels and this was simply the best. Thanks to the staff.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, and probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The bed was incredible and the size of the hotel means it’s quite private and quiet. . Many of the Ukrainian staff were super friendly and helpful.

We had dinner in the restaurant, however, unfortunately were underwhelmed by the food as we expected a higher standard from the Nobu brand. That was the only disappointing part.
