Crowne Plaza - Warsaw - The HUB, an IHG Hotel

Room was perfect and in bathroom were excelent cosmetics (soap, lotion, shampoo etc) The bed was excelent.

This is my favorite hotel chain in the whole world

All is excellent. One thing is so extremely minor, that I wouldn’t even mention - you have cold icy lemonade on the reception, which I liked a lot! But I drank it after a few hours outside under sun and +33 degrees, so I caught cold and my throat hurts.:) it is only my fault - never Crowne Plazas - I was just thinking that having not icy alternative (just still water) would be perfect, and I would drink that one instead of icy lemonade. It’s too minor, disregard. The hotel is excellent, I love it

I loved the hotel. It was probably the best one I've ever been in. Clean and beautiful room, excellent views and location. Professional and helpful staff, great room services. I would love to come back!

Brand new hotel, very clean both at the common spaces and in the room. Live piano music at the lobby makes you feel like you are in a very luxurious place. The stuff was friendly and very nice, they even managed to check in us early and check out later. A very small cute thing to mention is that even though the rooms weren’t equipped with a coffee machine, the hotel provided a filter coffee set with the coffee from a local Polish producer… was quite a good discovery. The breakfast was abundant and super tasty, kudos for a full menu with vegan options !!! Overall, outstanding stay :)

unfortunately, the area with sauna was very small and very disappointing. only one hot room and nothing else, not even couches to relax…

I never write reviews but I felt that on this occasion I should . It's not really the hotel itself that made out experience amazing, but the reception staff, especially Marcin.. I have travelled around the world in many countries and stayed in many 5 star hotels but I have never received sucn an outstanding customer service from the reception staff. This was our first time visiting Warsaw and Marcin made our stay extremely special. He even helped us get train tickets for a day trip to Warsaw. Amenities , location and food amazing as well. Great coffee and drinks in the lobby.

This hotel feels brand new and we loved everything about this it! Really nice design, we stayed at the 18th floor which was really great for the views and had an amazing breakfast every morning. We used the gym which is really well equipped, and had a drink at the rooftop which was really pleasant. The hotel is not central but walkable to every touristic attraction. Our return flight was cancelled last minute and we had no hesitation in booking for another night. The overall experience was just magnificent!

The hotel is amazing! I must say I work in a hotel in israel and it is my pleasure to travel and so happy I picked crown plaza hotel ☆☆☆☆☆ The staff was very helpful & nice!!! Michael from breakfast, Michael from the reception & julia at the check in was so nice! The concierge was also very patient and helpful. The cleaning in the room's, elevator, breakfast area and overall is very high quality! Breakfast had so many options & was full all the time! Refreshing buffet all the time! Elevator info is amazing, Dog's drinking corner is so sweetttt! ♡♡♡ Its 10, if i could i would upgrade to 100% review. Perfect!!!!!

Fabulous room with modern facilities and generous coffee/tea and complimentary chocolate selection and fridge. Vast bath and separate shower unit. Spectacular views of business district of Warsaw. Wonderful breakfast with made to cook menu of a range of omelettes and cooked vegan options all included in breakfast buffet price. Vast selection of meats, fruits, pastries and hot breakfast options with plenty of tea/coffee and fresh fruit juices.

clean throughout, incredibly rich variety of food choices during breakfast, friendly and professional personnel, nice restaurant with tasty food and affordable price. Super comfy beds! Location is convenient. Rooms have good views to sky liners 16th floor and above. Smart TV with youtube/spotify apps. Hotel own parking is also a big plus. Local coffee was provided as well as cacao and water.

sometimes some cooking smell came into the room while A/C was off. Coffee filters were not provided along with the coffee even though mentioned in coffee making instructions. Receptionist could have mentioned that there is a kids playground room.

Excellent breakfast, one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Nice panorama view from the room (depends on the room location). Convenient (but expensive) parking lot, very good public transport options. Clean, quiet and almost brand new hotel. Nice and helpful staff at the reception desk.

Almost no storage for clothes, nor hangers for towels, weird shower doors placement. Drink bar downstairs lacked many options (ran out of key ingredients), staff was not so efficient, tips are "enforced" - added automatically. Dirty take away boxes left by some guests next to trash bin were piled up next to a lift for a long time during the day and nobody cleaned them.
