Hotel Włoski Italia Boutique Old Town Poznań

This hotel is run in a very professional way and all the staff we met were genuinely friendly and helpful. Staff on reception were welcoming and managed to find a room for us shortly in advance of check in time. In the room we found a complimentary bottle of wine which was very enjoyable. The bedroom and bathroom was a good size and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Once inside the room it was very quiet and we could not hear any noise from other guests.The buffet breakfast was very varied and we enjoyed it immensely. We would not hesitate to return or recommend. A big thank you to all the staff.

The service on arrival was second to none. I loved the reception area, there were beverages available including meringues! The room even though it faced the car park didn't matter as I was only there for one night. The room was adequate for my stay, had a bottle of red wine waiting for me, which I merrily drank whilst working! Breakfast next morning was more than enough, spoiled for choice! The old town is under construction but still very beautiful, a pleasant walk from the hotel. The receptionist was what cut it for me, she printed my tickets for me, booked the taxi to the airport and I needed a hair straightener which I used free of charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again!

The staff here certainly look after you very well. The hotel is in good order and we had a very nice room on floor 5. The restaurant is very good - we ate there several evenings - and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in Poland. Location is also good with easy access if you are driving. You are close to a main tram route so getting around is particularly easy. (Note - if you are over 70 the trams are free, a bonus for us) While you have to pay for parking, there is plenty of space and it is very secure. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Exceptional breakfast, such a wide range of foods and appealing display, friendly staff, welcome wine, reception area with free water, coffee and sweets.

The only thing that could not really have been prevented was that there was a water leak from the room above but it was solved super quickly and we didn’t even have to switch rooms. Due to the restaurant below it was not super quite due to people talking on the terrace. We simply could have closed the windows. Apart from that nothing to complain!

For the second time we stayed at Hotel Włoski Italia Boutique Old Town Poznań. Great location, close to the city center, yet away from the busy street. A very charming hotel with a beautiful interior. In the room complimentary bottle of wine for our welcoming. Very comfortable bed, nice and clean bedding. Delicious breakfasts, a huge selection of everything. For me the homemade pate and bread were amazing. Bread was fresh every day, it tasted like real bread baked many years ago. Very nice staff, smiling, friendly, helpful. We were served during breakfasts by charming Karolina and in the restaurant during dinner by equally nice Marta and Bartosz. We also remembered professional and nice Joanna from the reception. Everything together made our stay at the hotel very pleasant and joyful.

Loved everything. Great service, a lot of attention from the hotel and all the staff to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Gifts in the room, free water bottles replaced everyday. Tea and coffee in the room, iron, all the commodities. The staff at the reception always nice and helpful. There was also free water, coffee and tea at the lobby always available. Very good breakfast, with quality and a lot of variety. One of the hotels where I have felt most welcome and cozy.

There is nothing negative about Wloski Hotel Poznan.

Hotel is well situated with private parking. Easy to reach from main road. Elevator available, pets friendly, 10-15mins walking distance from city centre. 5mins walking distance from nice shopping centre (old brewery), clean room, hygienic needs available in bathroom (brush, tooth brush, razor, tooth paste).. Not to mention breakfasts... amazing. The best of all was the staff. Very nice people helping you with any need.

Nothing nothing. If someone likes to have opened windows thru nihgt, view to parking is better choice.

Nice Hotel, hand written welcome note as well as water and wine as a present from the hotel. Room had everything it needed, in the bathroom there was even toothpaste and -brush, a comb and so on - someone really thought and put effort into that.

Area was really not nice in my opinion. Breakfast is expensive compared to the costs for the room. Reception personnel could have asked if everything was alright at checkout.

With this price the breakfast could be included. The room had way too intense smell, i had to leave the window open for a few hours. The hotel took moneh in advance (even though I chose the option to pay in the hotel). Same happend to my brother, who was charged twice the hotel room and had to ask the hotel to solve it (as they didn't realize).

The breakfast is good but not great; there is a lot of variety but lacks a bit compared to major franchises (and it's normal, I think). The room was neat and had all the things I needed, and then more (i.e. a gift); it was big enough and had a lot of light. The location is superb; it's 5 minutes(?) away from an international bus station, next to a park, public transports and shopping malls.

The bathroom door closes automatically. Somehow, that is something I would have avoided when building the rooms. I also think the carpet floor was an issue for my allergies.
