A very good 4 star hotel, even better than many 5 star hotels I have visited. A very nice garden in the courtyard of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The reception staff worked very professionally, we spoke in english with all the staff. We will definitely come back to this hotel again

At dinner in hotel restaurant service and atmosphere was really on the high level, but shrimps in salad and main course were little bit overcooked. Next time when I stay at this hotel, I will choose room with a view of the beautiful garden of the hotel, because in the room on the side of busy street was a little bit noisy

Really lovely hotel. Worth the drive from Katowice to feel a sense of calm away from the city. I booked a garden facing room - which was quiet and I really enjoyed the view of the lovely garden during my stay. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and food was lovely. Very, very clean. Would book again.

I know you can get tea and coffee from the restaurant- but it would be nice to have a tea/ coffee machine in the rooms. On my first night there was a wedding which did not stop until 5am- and I felt as though I was trying to sleep in a disco ……

Everything from start to finish. There was one little incident at the reception but the manager stepped in immediately to resolve the issue. The rooms are nice, comfy, well sized, the food is outstanding and the prices are fair. The location is handy for both leisure and business. It is close to the airport and other cities around, and just round the corner from the motorway. I didn't manage to use any of the leisure facilities as they were undergoing some maintenance work and revamping; I am looking forward to relaxing there next time I'm around. Thanks, guys, for making my stay such a pleasurable experience.

One or two minor issues, yet I loved how these have been dealt with and resolved with no hassle and in a pleasant yet professional manner.

The hotel as a whole and our room are very nice and cozy, with a beautiful designer interior, the hotel has a very beautiful territory. The room is equipped with everything you need. We really liked the breakfast - a large selection of dishes and everything was very tasty. The hotel has a 24-hour reception and it’s own parking - it’s very convenient, since we checked in at 01:30 am. The staff is very friendly. Very satisfied and have already decided to stop here on the our way back. Pity that we only stayed here for 1 night - this is a great hotel for a family weekend. Definitely recommend

Very nice place, elegant building and nice staff. Bed very comfortable. Complementary cookies in our room. We appreciated the large variety of items available in the room's fridge. Breakfast was delicious and many many options were available. We really appreciated our stay. And also private large parking is available and our van was parked with comfort. Thank you

The decore of the hotel was exceptional, closer to a 5 Star hotel. Breakfast was exceptional too. Beautiful garden. Very good location. Very comfortable room.

The restaurant staff really need to smile a bit. Was very disappointed with the price of the upgrade I enquired about. It was very far off from the price quoted on Booking.com. The carpets looked a bit dirty for such an outstanding hotel.

The rooms spacy, interior and exterior rich and excellent. Good breakfast and dinner in restaurant. Restaurant waiter was great. The park in hotel territory was amasing.

Reception working quit lazy, when we arrive there are 2 or 3 quests in front, we wait 20 minutes. The room was booked for three quests , but bed lining only for two, and reception claimed that need aditional payment for third person and when we did not agreed with condintion, reception gave as what we need. The rooms do not have ventiliation, our room windows was to road side, need to open, so was the noise from road was during the night.

Location next to noisy road. Hotel only looks luxury, in fact luxury is quite butaphoric - nice park is crowded with noisy wedding parties. Restaurant's wines card a big disppointment. Restaurant's staff not well trained in service - only one waiter talked English, my husband's beer and wine were forgotten to serve, everything was in hurry and without efforts to sell you more. In one of rooms sink was blocked, shame to housekeeping. It was interesting experience, but really not a luxury place. Total lack of privacy and nice garden just for wedding crowds...

The breakfast was diversified, there was something to choose from for all tastes. Very beautiful location with a garden and peace. I found in the room on arrival 2 small boxes with cookies that went great with the coffee I made at the coffee machine in the room. A nice gesture that makes you happy. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious, clean, quite spacious closet, large bathroom. Of course, a small terrace overlooking the garden. In addition, private parking at the hotel is free. I recommend!!!

We didn't find anything we didn't like.

The hotel is less than 20 minutes from Katowice airport. The room was really nice and tastefully decorated. Only had light food starters and deserts but what we ordered was nicely presented and tasted great. Prices very reasonable too. The garden is nicely laid out and very photogenic

A cocktail menu would be a good addition Only negative and not a significant issue was in the room water and some snacks left out not labelled as complimentary or part of mini bar. Not an issue but would be good if clear e.g. snacks part of mini bar then a cute labelled basket
