Radisson Blu Hotel Krakow

Fantastic location. Five minute walk to the main square in old town. 15 mins to Schindlers factory and the Jewish quarter. Very clean hotel. Large room. Decent shower. Good choice for breakfast, including a menu that you could choose from and have freshly cooked ie avocado on toast with poached egg, poached egg and hollandaise on toast, omelette, bacon or choose from the buffet cheese, cold meat, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, smoothies, waffles. Help yourself to juice and tea or coffee. Restaurant not open, meals could be ordered and bought from the bar and served in the bar area. We didn’t take advantage of this as we were out all day. Couple of English channels on tv, quite handy for the evening after an exhausting day out and about.

The bed was very hard unfortunately and the duvet could have been bigger. Also our room at the front of the hotel suffered from the noise made by the trams. Would ask to have a room at the back in future. Would have given the hotel 10/10 if it wasn’t for this.

The location is perfect, the standard room was rather big, clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast one of the best we had in such (4 stars) hotels. Parking in the hotel-own garage was practical and the services from the hotel plenty.

The overall hotel is a bit run down, so you can see the years on it, but it is still a good standard - even though not 5 stars. Some of the interior was already over-used and needs to be changed. The spa is not worth the money. There had been issues with warm water one morning due to defects on the city-side - so not the hotel's fault I guess.

Communication with Receptionists was excellent. The hotel was warm and well sound proofed. I slept here well. We used the bathtubs, nice! The breakfast is typical Scandinavian with a Polish touch. Excellent breakfast. Cappuccino is awesome 👌

Communication with business staff responsible for the meetings area was not very speedy, unfortunately. In our meeting room which we booked in advance the internet wifi access point was not working, we had our meeting start delayed 1 hour till engineers rebooted the spot... Milk &Co restaurant was not in operation , though it is advertised at the hotel web page...We fixed everything in the end of the year and we were very happy with our visit to Cracow 😀

1st class experience staying here, the room was perfect and overlooked the planty and well equipped with a very comfortable bed and decent shower, breakfast was very good and had al a carte options free of charge. All staff encountered were very polite and engaging and spoke very good English. The hotel is in The perfect location in Krakow and is just a few mins walk to the main square, staying here means you never use the tram as everything is a comfortable stroll away, will definitely return when in town next. Spa was amazing. Thank you for the fabulous time.

The location is so good and close to the Old Town, and if you have a car, it's not possible to park in that town so the hotel parking is so important. Rooms are so cleaned. Very good breakfast specially the self waffle machine.

I can't say this is something bad, but to enter / leave the car parking, you need to press the "Help" button to open the gate. I suggest to provide a car parking ticket / card for that or to use room's card if possible in future.

Fantastic location, very short walk to main square and all other areas very walkable. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

I wouldn’t rate this 5 star, more a 4 star. In the bedroom tea and coffee was provided but no milk, on our queen bed we had 2 single duvets instead of of one large which I thought was odd. Room service is not available after 2230 or before 11am and the bar closes at 2300, for a large 5 star hotel I would expect 24hr facilities.

The location is excellent, next to tram stops and 1 minute walk from the old town. Good tasty breakfast! I would recommend to book a room with a Wawel castle view - it’s so exiting to sit in front of the window and just stare at the castle! sauna is free for guests and is also good, works til 23:30! The stuff is super nice and competent, they will make your stay fantastic and trouble free :) There is a Nespresso coffee maker in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. (No toothpaste and toothbrush if someone wonders). it’s quiet in the room - no loud noises from the outside. There is also an aircon in the room. Hot water and heating is turned on all the time, that’s why I always choose hotels rather than apartments in Poland.

It’s kinda pricey - but it’s a 5 star hotel in the city center of Krakow in high season :)

Liked the location ,was very convenient to go out for meals with good choice of cuisine in the neighborhood..Weather was also quite comfortable for people from India. Tours to visit places of touristic interest like the Wavell Palace,City Centre tour ,Salt mine tour ,Cruise were easily available both at the hotel and agencies close by . Worth visiting again as our stay was short to do justice to this beautiful city

All in all liked everything except for an occasional difficulty with the language.in the city.

The room was spacious and clean, the internet good and they even gave complimentary wine on the first night. Bed was very comfortable and curtains block the light. Staff very helpful! The fitness room has kettle bells!

Laundry was incredibly expensive, considering already paying a large amount per night relative to other hotels. Hotel bar is also expensive compared to outside.

It was a wonderful stay for 4 days. The hotel is located in the heart of city. The room is in the hotel was very clean,very comfortable with a large bad. Room amenities were also very good. The hotel is very close to everywhere just 10 minutes by walking distance and also to the lovely river side. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
