Park Inn by Radisson Krakow

The hotel looked freshly renovated, and the rooms were confortable and well equiped. Breakfast was good, but nothing special, and the staff was polite, eficient and very profesional. The best part, though, was the location. There was easy public transportation to pretty much anywere right in front of the hotel.

We got rooms that faced the back of the hotel, where there is an abandoned and incomplete buiding. Not a great sight, that led us to keep the curtains closed, specialy at night. But that is only a minor incovenience if compared to the shower in the bathroom! The bathroom looked great, very modern and well designed, but the shower was horrible... simply NO water pressure at all!

Very friendly staff, always smiling and helping! We were on the way home to Ukraine, and spent 4 nights in this hotel. They let us park our car complimentary as well as did not charge extra fee for our puppy. It was a pleasant surprise and we would definately stay here again. Also breakfast is amazing! Great choice with attention to detail: from different types of milk to variety of tea. The hotel has a great eco-initiative: to polute nature less they offer you to skip a day of room-cleaning and in exchange they will leave a little surprise in a special eco-bag hanging on your doorknob. This is a very nice thought especially considering that you do not need your room cleaned or bedsheets changed every single day.

First of all, communication before check-in was very good. They offered some special bids for personalize my visit. For example, you can get parking discounts from them. Location was very good. Hotel is so close to Vistula River, you can visit riverside on foot. Going to city center with tram is easy as well, because tram station is so near to Hotel. All staff were so helpful; while check-in receptionist gave a Krakow dragon toy to my daughter :) Breakfast was outstanding; you can find almost everything (cheese, variety of eggs, jams, waffle, cakes, drinks etc.). There was two option (outside and inside) for car parking slots; both were wide and useful. Room was so isolated from noise; especially best quality curtains helped a very vell sleep. Bed was also so comfortable. As a result everything was wonderful, I can definitely advice you to book from this hotel!

I think the hotel lacks security on important issues. On our first night a drunk who was at a party in the hotel purposely pressed the hotel fire alarm. We were woken up with alarms and voices asking to leave the rooms immediately. The receptionist didn't even know what to do.

We were happy our room had a large bath with shower. There was an excellent buffet breakfast with a multitude of choices, both hot and cold. Fresh fruit, salad and veggie smoothies were at the top of my list while my husband enjoyed the eggs and sausages. All the staff were exceedingly helpful.

The view from our window was less than desirable (a vacant and abandoned building covered in graffiti), but we didn't spend a lot of time in our room, so the view was inconsequential.

The hotel is under renovation, so the first floor is a little bit messy, but it doesn’t affect on our stay. The view from our room’s window was on abandoned house where homeless people were living, we kept the curtains closed all the time

Excellent location: a couple of tram stops from the train station and the old town. Good service: friendly staff who explained all the living conditions. Lovely room: spacious enough, clean room with a nice view. Breakfast: everything is fresh and delicious, a fairly good selection of products, it was especially nice to cook fresh waffles for yourself :)

We didn't notice the downsides, this is really a very nice hotel and it fully justifies its rating. We liked everything.

Hotel services the users of the next door conference centre. Great for that - others mightbfind the lack of restaurants and bars in the immediate area disappointing. But hotel restaurant does a few good things.

Decent business hotel, perfect for all events located in ICE Congress Center. Close location to Wawel, Square Market, and Kazimierz. Comfortable beds. Helpful and polite staff.

Very narrow parking spaces in the underground garage. If you are not a fan of air conditioning and want to sleep with the window open, be ready for a large dose of street noise until late in the evening and from the early hours of the morning. Especially passing trams can be a nuisance.

The staff is great. I loved very much that if you do not need the cleaning, you can hang a bag and you get a sweet surprise for that :) The hotel as a gym and sauna for free. You can find a teapot in the wardrobe, so it was very good idea to drink coffee or to have hot water for kid's oatmeal.

The parking price is very very big, but the surroundings where we could park our car were not very safe to leave a car for the night :) The location is quite good, but it is also quite a long distance with the kid to get to the old town or castle. For adults it is ok.
