The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The attention to detail and the high standards of hygiene were evident throughout my stay. The service at the reception desk was outstanding, particularly from Mr. Jakub Z. He is a true professional and a model for other receptionists at this hotel. He was efficient, quick in navigating the check-in and check-out system, and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. In addition, he was always smiling and helpful.

I have nothing to report as everything at the hotel was of a high standard.

Very new clean. Great pool, and plenty of parking. Good facilities around and access to shop for forgotten supplies. Close to the centre with easy public transport or cheap Uber to the centre. Location, slightly out of the centre mean you felt you got a break from the hustle or centre.

Nothing really. You could complain the surrounding area is not lovely but that didn’t bother us, and was to be expected when you’re locating out of the tourist centre.

The room was very clean and with a lot of space. They cleaned the room every day while we were away and made the beds. I asked for a different pillow and they brought me one the same day. It is not in the center of the town but you can get there by tram in 12 minutes ( 7 stops). The tram stop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The Italian restaurant Pino at the hotel is excellent and there are two more restaurants and coffee shop and bar which is very convenient. A plus is the huge gym and the swimming pool which you don't get easily in hotels in the center of the city.

We liked the variety of choice for the breakfast. All was nice. We are grateful for an early checkin and a later chechout with a storage of the bags. It was a relaxing stay and we liked the variety of restaurants around.

The hairdryer did not work in the room. It was a bit too noisy as we heard all the people next to the elevator and in the morning the activity there was very intense. Though we had misunderstanding with the personnel at the reception who told us that we can attend the fitness zone with a child supervised but when we came there - we were not allowe to come in for doing yoga as the child is 10 yo. Maybe there was misunderstanding at the reception.

One of the things that made me very happy about my stay was the spacious and pretty room and bathroom. They were modern and tastefully decorated, with plenty of space to move around in and make myself comfortable.While I didn't mind it personally, I should mention that there were a lot of kids around during my stay. This might be worth considering for those who are looking for a quieter, more adult-oriented atmosphere. The location near the supermarket was very convenient. Also the pool was great.

Although my overall experience at the accommodation was positive, during my stay, I had an interaction with one of the maids who I felt was a little bit rude to me. However, I would like to emphasize that all other staff members were very helpful, friendly and professional.

Little bit far from centre, not easy to get in. Parking outside of hotel is problem, you have to pay for it, nobody told us before, even if at the entrance of the hotel too

The location of the hotel is nice, 20 mins to the city centre by uber or tram. Modern, very clean with amazing breakfast! Super comfy bed and pillow. Very quiet as well.

The cleaning lady was the most pleasant person we’ve ever met but the receptionist was the opposite. Unfortunately she is the first person you interact with and it gives you a first impression of the hotel. Many things were not mentioned and we had to ask, such as how do we get to the parking lot, what time is the breakfast or how to use spa (which is shared with workers in the area btw) One day my mum cut her finger and was bleeding quite a lot (this happened due to a faulty button in the toilet of the hotel restaurant), I asked if they had plaster at the reception and was told they don’t. Odd, I assumed every hotel must have a first aid kit by law? Overall it is amazing hotel but we would personally look to book elsewhere next time.

I booked this place because of the swimming pools for kids. That was great, kids loved it. The whole hotel was pretty new, nice and clean. Also the restaurant was quite nice, and the whole property has a few more restaurants that are not part of the hotel.

The location is not great, it's some 10-15 minutes by taxi to the city. Public transport would probably take closer to 30 minutes door to door. Also, Wi-Fi connection was all messed up and I had to do some advanced trickery do get past all the gateways that didn't work the way they should. Note the swimming pool is widely used for swimming lessons for people from outside the hotel, so it's not a swimming pool where you just lay down and relax. It's somewhat busier. Also there are not really much room where you could lay down anyway.

Shiny, new hotel Mercure Fabryczna was really a great place to relax. We had a spacious room which even had a kitchenette. Staff was kind and helpful. My family loved the swimming pool! There are 3 parts: regular pool for swimmer, smaller one for learners and kids pool with small slide. Breakfast was very taste - there were even some local flavors! There was plenty of food even when we came late (30 minutes before the closing of breakfast restaurant). Coffee was great! Definitely a great place to be!

The perfect hotel complex in 2 km distance from the centre of the city . You can get there by tram . The room was in perfect condition . Breakfast is fantastic . You can choose delicious pancakes, fruits , vegetables, bread, sausages , salads , cheese . You can take coffee in a cap with you . You can swim in the pool and there are many cafes and restaurants in the inner yard that belong to the hotel. You can relax and have drinks after a hard working day .
