Well located close to the river and center

Asked to keep one of our rooms on until 5pm as was not leaving till 6 paying for the extra time and was told no as hotel was fully booked There around 5:15 whilst sitting waiting to be pick up I watched two people walk in and ask if any room available to which they were told of course and both booked in and paid cash for the room. I did approach the reflection asking why I had been told it was full and now two room have been booked from walk ins and was basically fobbed off with the “It was not me that you asked so I can’t comment”. Taxi then arrived and we left quite distracted

The location was good as it was 10 minute walk to the entrance to the castle. I booked room with double bed. It was quiet. Had basic amenities, kettle, teabags. Breakfast was excellent, self service continental buffet. Lot of restaurants (including bar mlecznys- milk bar) around surrounding area. English widely spoken by staff. The downstairs restaurant menu had a French influence to it. Formidable!

Tv could have more of a selection of English channels. No BBC news. The card to open the door. It had to be used to gain access to the lift & stairwell Can't go to your floor without it. When you gain access to room. the card goes into a slot,else the lights cut off after about 10 seconds.

Room, breakfast and dinner were great. I appreciated the way the food was prepared. The location is good, excellent for visiting the Wawel castle, and 5-10 min from the historical centre. There were roadworks ongoing nearby which made it noisy during daytime, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

The payment of the meals is better done each time, instead of asking to put it on the room number (it made things complicate). The final invoice with all the details was in Polish, I asked but couldn't an English one.

The hotel is located just outside the Old Town of Crakow, within 7-8 minutes walking you are in the old town. The breakfast was all fresh and very tasty, and with a variety of choices. The room was clean, and the bed big enough and comfort for 2 persons. Also the staff of the Hotel whenever needed was there to solve some minor problems we faced and also was very helpful when we asked them for some info, locations and local products.

The A/C on our room was working only on the heat mode, the cool mode in order to stabilize a little bit the temperature was not working. We did not refer this though, as we just opened the window. Also as a small proposal, is to use something like absorbent bathroom mat, outside of the shower as we and the room service put just a towel on the floor outside the cabin in order to prevent the water, after having a shower. Also I believe it is a little spicy price around 17€/day to use the hotel's parking, especially as this hotel had 2 parking slots, outside and underground too. In general nothing wrong or deterrent at all!

The hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In addition to this, the location is ideal. Having lived in Krakow for two years, it is close to shops and the city centre, but just far enough to be quiet. It is close to major attractions such as Wawel Castle, Kosciuszko Mound. Two lovely parks (Blonia and Jordan Park) are a short walk away. Very strong Wi-Fi too.

The room I booked was a little too small, but the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed can't be faulted.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Different receptionists helped us with different things such as printing for us documents, giving infos about the city, etc. They spoke a very good English. The breakfast was good and abundant, and the staff at the restaurant was also very polite and attentive. The position is great: very close to the Wavel Castle and close to the main attractions in the old town (everything is approximately within 20/25 minutes walk) Overall good experience

The room was oddly shaped. It was a bit difficult to organize our stuff (we stayed 7 days). Also, there were no electric outlets next to the bed. The air condition was also a bit weird, it took us a while to understand how it worked.

Lovely big air-conditioned room, clean bathroom, free water bottles and coffee pods at arrival. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. The location of hotel is good, near the city centre, bus and tram station. You can walk almost everywhere within 10-20 minutes.

A mini fridge would be lovely, as you have no chance to buy something cold and keep it that way in hot summer days. The cleaning lady came late in the afternoon, around 5 p.m - one day I had to wait a moment for her to finish the cleaning, the other day I´ve put the "no disturb" sign as I didn´t want to be disturbed that late afternoon.

lovely clean rooms, decent size, nice shower and good soap and shower gels.breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of hot and cold foods.Location is very close to tram stops and only a 15 minute walk to the main town square,

room had a vie of a courtyard /otherrooms,but not a worry .was not spending much time thee. toaster in the breakfast area was not great but really not a major problem

The location was super. Right next to the Wawel castle, river, river boats etc. Short walking distance from the main square (10-15 min). Air conditioner worked super, our time of stay was on the hottest days (34-36C) and the climate in the room was perfectly cool. Very helpful staff, possibility to leave your luggage for as long as you need. Good public transport connections (Galeria Krakowska for example, train station).

There was a scary incident with the elevator, it did not open the doors and went just up and down very fast. Hopefully was just one time incident and of course there is a possibility to use stairs.

I stayed for 4 days over my birthday. When we arrived the room was decorated, we’d been gifted Prosecco and cookies, and on the mirror the staff had written “happy birthday”. I was so pleased to see this, it really made our stay so personal and exciting. The cleanliness was amazing, new towels were provided constantly. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Very good location, close to the castle and the river, not too far from the main square! Thank you!

The room was quite hot and our window wouldn’t open, when my boyfriend went to reception to ask if there was a fan/any solution the receptionist was not too helpful but when we arrived back that evening our window had been fixed. Next time I think we will stay somewhere closer to the centre of Krakow but for the price the location is great.
