Very friendly and easy to communicate. Simple check in, with detailed information about the room and the city. Felt at ease and comfortable. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean room in a fantastic location. Excellent value for money as well. The amenities were also great - plenty of tea and coffee was supplied!

Checking in was a little confusing at first - we didn't realise that we had to go to the reception at the hotel around the corner, so would have been nice to be more prepped for this. We didn't find the beds as comfortable - a thicker tog duvet would be a nice addition and thicker pillows to get that nice comfy hotel bed feeling.

From booking to leaving our trip to Krakow the Aparthotel's host/owner Aleksandra was helpful, friendly and accomodating. She kept in touch with us via the Booking.com inbox. She went over and above to make sure we could get into the building late at night after arriving 10+ hours after we'd originally planned (document issues at Manchester Airport.) She also took the time to speak to us about the sights and recommendations for the city, we were delighted to find loads of information alongside a map in our room upon arrival. The vaccination tests changed whilst we were there and she was very helpful in offering guidance around where to get a lateral flow test prior to flying home. The room was clean and cosy, we both remarked upon how comfy the beds are! The best thing was how central the hotel is, a super easy walk to everywhere and only 30mins to the airport! We will be recommending to anyone we know who wants to visit Krakow!

great location in the heart of old town, spacious and clean room with lovely bathroom! the standout was the staff though! Aleksandra was almost like a tour guide with the amount of amazing information she gave us! ranging from events and times as well as how to get there! she even went as far to help us with recommendations in Zakopane our next destination. again the accommodation was 10/10 but she made it 11/10. i can only hope you book there and get the same experience we did.

Great location. You walk out of the building and you are on the main tourist street. 5 minutes from the main square. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Fridge, air conditioning and kettle were in place :)

In the morning, a tram could be heard in the distance. I personally didn't mind, but my girlfriend did. Closed windows and turned on air conditioning overnight solved everything.

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The place was cozy.

The fridge was snoring. All of the time we were under the impression it was a neighbour snoring, but it was the fridge.

I really liked the only one key for all the entrances feature!

The only one not so good comment that I have to say is that there was some weird noise apparently coming from the ceiling (I was in the last floor) but I am not 100% sure if it was really from the ceiling or from the street. Besides that, everything was great!

Location is great. Room is nice, large enough, comfortable furniture. Kettle was great with some coffee and tea. Bathroom was clean, well supplied. The Ukrainian eatery downstairs was really good.

Wi-fi was spotty on our third floor. The level of noise from the street was bit too much, as one would expect in a busy part of old town.

Location was superb check in simple too. Room was as expected good value for money.

Light came in the top as were no curtains so sun shine bright in the morning. Also a random shirt was left in the wardrobe. Other than that was perfect.

Locating reception. wasn’t too bad when we finally found it as was actually just around the corner but once found it wasn’t far from the room.
