there are pictures here of a buffet for breakfast etc but in reality there wasn’t an option for breakfast.

The room was clean and modern and the staff were hard working and accommodating.The location was excellent, 10 minutes walking of the main square and 20 minutes walk of the main bus station. There was a lovely cafe next door which was a popular breakfast spot. Grocery store close by.

The charging points in the room were very slow, had to charge phone almost all night to get full charge. There's also the noise of water pipes that goes on through the nights in the building which can ruin sleep. Had to put noise cancelling headphones on

Perfect location, walking distance from old city center, the Wowel and Jewish quarter. Very clean hotel, great service. Recommend to have a breakfast at the Cafe Mo-ja next door, many choices and super fresh products.

Pillows.

The room was big enough for a family of three and was decorated and maintained to an excellent standard. Beds were comfy, shower clean and hot and it was in the perfect location for a few days exploring the city. Staff were friendly and always there which made us feel the hotel was secure. There was work going on outside but disruption was minimal and they were very respectful of us walking through as guests. We were very happy.

Great location - the apartment is very close to all attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We did not use the public transportation at all. It was clean and there was a kettle on our disposal for tea/coffee. Very good value for money.

There was no air conditioning but we definitely not required it in the middle of July, it was not hot in the evenings. We did not figure out how the TV works but we did not require it after all. There were instructions provided if needed.

The apartment is nice, enough room, everything clean. There is a nice patio, which separates the building from the street. The receptionist also helped us with a health emergency we had.

Unfortunately there was a louder group in the room above us, their stomping even around midnight was really unpleasant, the ceiling is apparently not thick enough to isolate this. Next night was okay, they probably left :-) In the room, I would change the stem glasses for regular ones (especially because of kids).

Great location, just a ten minute walk to Old Town and 15 minutes walk to Kazimierz. It was very clean and had all the facilities we needed in the room. It's perfect for a holiday where you're spending most of your time out and about and just need a clean place to shower and sleep.

The room was quite dark/not bright enough and as a tourist, it was difficult to understand which rubbish bin to use for which type of waste.

Very quiet/silent room, a wonderful warm shower, the heating works nicely in the room and you can also adjust how warm you want it, very clean, water/tea/coffee for free, close to train station (so it's super easy to arrive from the airport), many great restaurants and attractions nearby (5 min walk), very lovely and helpful front desk ladies who made my stay even better.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very big, nice and clean room. Very good breakfast. I would highly recommend.
