I believe there were no breakfast available. The location is great. very accesible to different establishments and access to transportation. They also had a wifi connection. I had to work during my stay and so far I was able to work efficiently.

I think the restaurant within their building was under renovation thus breakfast was not available at that time. hopefully they open the restaurant and serve typical filipino breakfast food and filipino menu. Everything was ok. Planning to stay here again incase I need to go to Davao.

The daytime front desk was professional and the guards were quite helpful. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was pretty fast whenever I wanted my room made up. Location is ideal.

The front desk at night seemed annoyed every time I approached. The facilities, although clean, didn't seem durable. The power went out in my first room so I was transferred to another, the door handle of which broke shortly after. The fridge would sometimes stop working. Overall, I think I'm lucky those were just minor issues, because I had a feeling it could've been worse.

The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. They assisted us from our first day until our last day. The room is very clean, simple, and minimalist style. The location has nearby restaus, night market, and laundry shops.

The wifi is a bit slow as well as the signal. The area is flood-prone especially on rainy days. The rooms are not that soundproof because I can hear the noise and even the footsteps outside. There are also limited sockets inside the room, cannot charge properly unless you have longer cords.

I appreciated the large refrigerator, the sofa, good water pressure, and the attentive staff. In addition, the bed was comfortable. The shower families were also modern. This hotel closed during the pandemic and reopened in May, this year. The hotel is 3 minutes walk to roxas night market, 3 minutes to 7/11, 10 minutes to McDonald's. Because it's a small hotel, 50 rooms, I believe that is why the staff are so helpful. Great value at about 50 aud per night. The staff told me their restaurant will be reopening in December, 2022. The cleaning staff took out our trash when requested within 5 minutes. Furthermore, the technician was very helpful to get my usb to play on the TV. Thanks again team.

Rooms are not soundproof so if your neighbour is not considerate it may be an issue, sometimes a dog woke me up at night but I think that's rather normal in a city.

I extended my stay here while I was in Davao. I liked its location. Very close to the night market as well as malls and different establishments such as restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars. I was able to enjoy my free time because of how close the hotel was to these locations. (even KTV spots)

Nothing much. I just hate other noisy guests. I can hear them inside the room. It's a good thing that I'm patient. It didn't bother me much and would likely go back here again for future plans in Davao.

Location, cleanliness, room size, amenities This hotel is definitely something that I would recommend. Location is great; it is in the middle of everything but still in a quiet, peaceful place which is perfect if you just want to spend the night to relax.. Restos are easily accessible. Best part of it is the room itself; it felt like home. Overall, this hotel is great. No complaints. The value you get is more than the money you pay for it.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Whether you are traveling alone or with family, this is a great place to stay at.

The staff are very accomdating. Perfect location just a walking distance to the roxas market❤️very accessible to transportation. Many restaurants nearby. The bed are very comfortable and thick. For the size of the room is a little bit smaller. The hotel is equipped with elevator.

Room is a little bit smaller for me and i suggest there should be complementary water at least during the first day😊

Breakfast is not included. It's restaurant is not finished. I had a good breakfast across the street at the DC Cafe. There is another cafe at the corner of Roxas. The area is generally quiet and in a good location. The AC is quiet and good.

There is no security box but I brought a security bag. The room is quite small but I found it fine. It is all modern. Bed was a little hard but still comfortable. My room lost power and I had to move to another room. The hot water is not consistant.

I liked everything at this hotel: location, room, facilities and, most of all, the staff. The guard at the entrance, the staff at the front desk, the sanitary staff, ... Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I love this place and I will definitely stay here again, when I'm back in Davao.
