We had a wonderful time while staying at this hotel. The staff was exceptional. Upon our arrival at the train station Elmer the front desk attendant was waiting for us. He helped us with our bags and guided us to the hotel. On our last day there we were checking out and catching the bus to Wanya Picchu. Elmer offered to hold our bags while we were gone. When we returned later that day, he told us we could clean up in a hotel bathroom before we left on the evening train. This is a very quirky hotel, exactly what we were looking for. It's largely open air which we enjoyed immensely. Our room was huge and since it was at the top of the hotel, we had two walls of enormous glass windows with double glass doors leading to a private terrace. The free breakfast was great with eggs to order and excellent service. The hotel is built into the hill side right near the main square which is a very convenient location. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it to anyone who likes something out of the ordinary.

Nothing, Everything was unusual but fantastic. Bear in mind in Peru even at the best 5-star hotels the bathrooms are not what you see even at an average American hotel.

This boutique hotel had unique theme/style compared to other regular hotels. It was something we looked for and was true as depicted online. Things that I liked include their comfy king bed, balcony with great view facing Plaza Pueblo, free breakfast, and much needed service for storing luggage after the stay. Stuff we interacted with was friendly and could speak English. It is conveniently located at Plaza Pueblo, which could get loud at times when there is festival or celebration, but honestly we got so used to it in Cusco already. Hot shower with high water pressure felt soooooo good after 4 days of Salkantay trek.

We didn't see microwave in our room or the breakfast room, but we didn't ask either. They may have it.

Location is great, very central but quiet as the building is set in the alcove like little path from the main square. The hotel is very unique and cute setting. Rooms were very clean and comfortable bed. Surprisingly, very powerful hot shower! Amenities and clean towels are supplied every day. Basic but good selection of breakfast. No problem with eating their food or drinking their juice/coffee etc. Friendly and good multilingual receptionists are welcoming and looking after guests.

Nothing to complain, but only one thing was that there were glass bricks on top row of the wall between the rooms, so that when the room next door turned the light on, it brightened my room too. So, we used eye masks when we went to bed.

This hotel is a bit on the spendy side but for us it was worth it after roughing it for several days. We definitely got the value for the money. It is very eclectic with lots of character, in an excellent location, and staff were great too. Amazing views and courtyards, balconies, and other outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. Would absolutely stay there again if we find ourselves back in Machu Picchu Pueblo.

I loved everything about this property, but if the hot tub worked it would have been even better.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Right around the corner from the main square/plaza, and walking distance to everything.

The elevator was broken and had appeared to be broken for about a year. We were on the top floor, so it was a lot of stairs to travel up with 4 large suitcases and bags. Also, the jacuzzi and some of the other amenities were not working or broken. I walked around the property and noticed that there was so much unused space for restaurants, gift shops, bars, etc. I think in the past this hotel was probably much better when everything was in use and up and running.

It was a great location just off the main square. The room was huge!! The beds and pillows were comfy. The staff did a great job cleaning each day. The dining area was nice, and kitchen staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I read in the reviews that I looked at before booking that the elevator didn't work. I figured it would be fixed by the time we went but was not. I walk stairs for exercise all the time so it wasn't an issue for me... Except right after returning from hiking MachuPicchu mountain. Lol. But if you have trouble with stairs, it could be an issue. Other than that I really liked this property.

Absolutely great place to stay if visiting Machu Picchu. The location was great. Accommodation comfortable and clean. The staff always ready to help and super nice. Breakfast was at a very convenient time and there was something for everyone. If you get a view to the mountain room you get an incredible view. On the top of the property you can sit and see the stars and mountains and was open for all.

Great hotel, right in the centre of Machu Pichu Pueblo. Staff was friendly and they have great breakfast. You have a wonderful view and the hotel has a special build plan.

There were some electricity issues which were fixed within couple hours. TVs need to be replaced.

30 seconds far from to arrival train station. There is another train station if you going to cusco and its 4-5 mins far which is so great. Rooms are quite enough. Breakfast is good. Everything is so close to hotel. Bus station to Machupicchu is just 2 blocks far.

Its not worth the price. But that area is expensive because of Machupicchu. And check in is 10am
