I liked the set up of the room. Cozy and made it comfortable!. The balcony was spacious and great. The lights in the room perfect lighting. Car park was perfect and simple including with other stayers. Great staff, kid friendly place as well!. The view from the balcony is nice as well. I think it's in a great place and location where it is.. nice and peaceful even though it's just by town. Definitely will go back, have been to stay twice Definitely will going the third time.

The only things I didn't like is that the tv was abit small and the shower goes from hot to cold and the balcony arm rest wobbles I find that abit health and safety or should be indeed checked but other than that it wasn't that bad at all I still enjoyed my stay and liked it!!

the birds were very loud but that’s nature, could be cleaner, so if I stay there again I will bring my cleaning supplies

The location was excellent, really near public transport links. City centre close with lots of bars and restaurants a small stroll away. The room was well stocked with tea, coffee and a fresh bottle of milk left in the fridge. Toaster and microwave provided. Details to collect our keys were sent with easy clear instructions. Nice size room and bathroom.

It would be good to have a curtain on the little window.above the bed as it let the light in from the building behind. We put a coat over it to stop the light.

For the price paid we were delighted to be serviced each day. Plenty of hot water. Showers very quiet.

Nothing really. We happy 😊 and will return. We were out all day so just needed a bed.

the room was older, but tidy and clean. The wifi password was clearly displayed and it was easy enough to arrive and leave - they allowed a late check in due to our urgent travel and enabled us to arrive very late with a lockbox that was easy to use to access the keys. It was well stocked with linen and towels and they were refreshed daily which was awesome. It was a lovely quiet but central location and I didn't hear any road noise or anything. My son loved the pool.

I do wish they topped up the coffee when they replaced all the towels - especially as the BP close by had no instant coffee and we didn't really know where anything was supermarket wise. We had very little spare time as we rushed up for a funeral so running out of coffee was a disaster. But that was really the only negative I can think of.

Had stayed at the Apple Motor Inn on and off > 10 years. Room was good and tidy (had a bit of a spruce up from what it was years ago), bed was comfy. The free unlimited wifi was a huge improvement from the previous limited data voucher method (the main reason I hadn't stayed as often). My kids were happy because they could watch youtube now. The cleaner had a pleasant attitude.

Pillows were thin. Some minor maintenance would help. If you have little ones running barefoot, best to watch out for the joint between carpet and bathroom tiles as would feel the sharp nails - had forgotten to mention this to office.

The place has good space and really useful items like a full oven and a full fridge which is great when travelling with kids. The setup in the rooms was excellent for us.

It was really hot with no fans or air con and having the windows open didn't let in much breeze but did let in noise from others and the passing train. The bathroom could have had shampoo as I forgot to pack mine for the first time ever.

Really great location - Hastings is so much better than we'd been led to believe. The hotel is 'of an age' but everything worked, it was pleasant and the staff were lovely. Some of the fittings were 'well loved' but that just added to the charm. It's great value for money, quiet and comfortable.

I love everything because I was mostly out and only use my room to sleep then off again but the cleaning room service each day and everything were great. Essentials were there and everything I need. I was grateful to be able to have an extended time to stay until 11.30 am due to the time of my flight. Very clean but just the first day when entering the room, it smelled like smoke then I sprayed the whole room with perfume and for some reason, the smell was gone throughout my whole stay.

Nothing to dislike, just minor things but I enjoyed my stay. I wish I was told on arrival about the WIFI being available until I found out there is free internet available with a password sticking on the cupboard on the second night. The bed has rolling legs and every time I get on it, the bed decides to move to the other side lol only one rubbish bin in the washroom but no bin outside.

Thanks for having a fan in the room. It was so hot that it was greatly appreciated. It was a little noisey. The bed was comfy. Good pressure in the shower. I felt safe staying at the motel.

It would have been good to have an information brochure including a map. Many people have google but having staff recommendations of where to eat etc would be good. Rather than have in every room, it can be offered at sign in. I found the dish washing equipment, only because I looked.
