Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant De Buunderkamp

We really appreciated the service of the staff there, who were friendly, kind and considerate. Facilities were also clean which was lovely, and location grounds were in a peaceful wooded area.

We understand that Fletcher is a chain, so the menus are probably similar all across the country. This was our main concern of our stay there, covid and travelling on foot, meant that our food choices were very limited. We found the meals did not match the cost of what they were priced at. Very expensive... We also didn't realise that every room had a balcony, and we booked the junior suite only because of this. So perhaps clearer instructions + letting customers know that there is a wooded view or carpark view would be great :)

Some parts could do with a little paint here and there. Had dinner one evening and was not at all impressed. A burger for 25 euro that looked and tasted like a cheap supermarket burger. But it could be coincidence. Breakfast was great. Wish I could have stayed longer. No airco in rooms but cool enough to sleep

Great place in the middle of nature , very friendly and helpful staff , the matrassen a bit to soft , the rooms are basic but it’s ok and they are clean . Maybe a cofffemachine in the room would have been nice . Good restaurant as well for diner as for breakfast

The buffet breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast room/ restaurant was light and airy with door opened to outside terrace. Location was ideal for us as we had traveled from England, visited the Keukenhof that day and wanted to see Arnhem and the surrounding area the next two days before driving on to Denmark

Large, comfortable family room with peaceful view over garden and trees. Tasty and extensive breakfast choices. Nice pool facilities.

Expensive evening dining options were out of our price bracket. Room was very warm at night as there was no window to open. Needless air-con on at breakfast time, when you should be considering your energy efficiency.

Location is very nice in the middle of the woods and reachable by bike from the train station. Dinner and breakfast were good and sitting in the sun on the balcony while looking out on the woods was very pleasant.

My spouse didn't like the beds (too hard). The bathroom was a bit outdated without a shower curtain, resulting in a wet floor.

The property is an excellent place in the middle of woods. If one is looking for a place away from the bustle, this is a good property that offers large rooms, good restaurant and bar, swimming pool, Sauna and outdoor activities. We particularly liked the large family room and the swimming pool.

Nice location if you travel to or around Arnhem. Hotel has a pool and sauna. Room was clean and comfortable. I assume that hotel is not new, but still comfortable and having kind personnel.

Nice accommodation. Clean and well maintained, Professional staff. Effortless check in and check out. Easy parking and good atmosphere.
