easyHotel Maastricht City Centre

Very practical accommodation in a nice spot near the river. Nice size rooms with all I needed. Overall, excellent option if you are in the city for work and good value for money.

The hotel does not offer breakfast and you will have to go towards the train station to find something open if you want breakfast before 10 AM. Also, after booking I was contacted by some WhatsApp scammers pretending to be the hotel manager, which I recognised immediately as false because someone had mentioned that in their review. I contacted Booking and they told to simply ignore them - the reservation is complete once done on the website.

My partner and I stayed stayed in a comfy double room with large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. A small room, but it was equipped with one small desk, one chair and a tiny table fited to the wall on each side of the bed. Room had two winds, but difficult to open to let in fresh air. Good strong air condition in room. Bed had bed sheet, duvit and pillows. Bath towels in cluded in room. Room 21, which we stayed in, also had a large rubbish bin in the room and long curtains by the windows which can be closed. The small table attached to the wall by each side of bed, had a small reading lamp above and a plug socket and 2 USB sockets in the table on both sides of the bed. A tiny kind of wardrobe near the door, open at one end with a few coathanggers. The small bathroom contained a sink with hand soap on wall, toilet with paper and a small shower with hot water and good power. Bath/shower mat to put on floor was also provided. Hand soap in shower. Hotel has friendly helpful staff. They printed documents for me and did our washing for no extra coast. Even though was normally allowed for guests! Nice cafe 30 metres to right of hotel. Our Lovely Lady's Square is a 5/10 minute walk. Free, good speed open WiFi in room. No password needed.TV on wall in room.

Room is very small and quite cramped for 2 people. Bathroom is tiny and not much room to move about, only one person at a time. No tactile numbers on room door. Two steps up to the so-called ground floor. No tea/coffee provided in room. No hand towels provided. The so-called wardrobe is very basic and difficult to hang clothes/coats.

as far as budget hotels go, this is the best value for money bar none. Flawless in their offering. Location is second to none. Bed is above average, bed linen is top. Room is above average. Special mention to reception. OUTSTANDING. Receptionists are top notch, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Better than in many 5 star hotels.

pillows are rubbish:( room floors cleanliness would benefit from an upgrade. Showers would benefit from more water pressure and fixed ceiling rain shower heads. But overall it is really difficult to find flaws with this hotel. Their advantages far outstrip any minor areas for improvement.

Staff was very kind and helpful, place was clean, confortable, my room was a deluxe, so it was very spacious with a TV enough for the room

The TV was good, but it was placed jn a place that is hard to reach, I wanted to watch some movies with my spouse, so I needed to bring my PC and use an HDMI cable, was a bit hard to place it, its very high, 10 cm lower would have helped. Also with the Tv, sound is capped at 30, a bit unfortunate because its the limit of hearing, maybe limit it at 35, Very minor details, I love my stay and would rate it a 5/5

Everything clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Room size was adequate as only needed for sleeping, Very quiet room. Arrived 2 hours before check-in hoping to drop off bags but the person on reception went out of his way to find a room that was ready that we could use straight away and was bigger than the one we had booked. Due to the exceptional temperatures being experienced gave us 2 key cards so 1 could be left in the room leaving the air con on. What service, thank you.

I traveled to Maastricht for work. I arrived at check in quite tired and the staff was very attentive. They explained how I could order food from my room and the hotel has a whatssap service that allows you to contact reception in an very easy way. In addition, the staff speaks several languages, including Spanish, German, English and Dutch. I requested having a nice views if it would be possible, and I had an amazing views. Highly recommended.

The room for one single person have an unusual distribution, and takes time to adapt to it. However, the room was very clean.

The location was excellent; close to good shopping streets, lovely cafés and bars, and a number of historic attractions. As I was there during the heatwave, staff gave me an extra key card so that I could leave the air-con on when I wasn't in the room, so that it stayed cool. The lockers were handy too, as I had a 4-hour wait between check-out and departure so didn't have to lug my baggage around with me!

It would've been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, rather than having to go down to the vending machines in the lobby, but I appreciate that's not how budget hotels work!

Great location, very comfortable the room the bed the bathroom. Everything looks like the photos. The reception guy in the morning received us very good. The room has AC. Everything looks new.

Everything was really good, but in the end I understand that it is an exclusive city to visit and is summer but the amount that I pay it could be a little bit less because It wasn't like a high level hotel. It's really good but could be a little bit cheaper.

I had a wonderful stay at easyHotel Maastricht City Centre. The location was central to restaurants, shops and parks. It felt very safe to walk around the area at night and use my personalised keycard to leave and enter as needed. I also appreciated the large lockers that were available for rent after my stay, to store my luggage until I needed to head to the train station (about a 20 minute walk). The staff were friendly and helpful.

I couldn't adjust the height of the shower head so it was stuck at the lowest position - but I suspect that was my lack of knowledge rather than the mechanism itself.

Very well-located. In the very city centre. Good views on the river. Comfortable room. Staff helping.

It would be great to have some more space where to leave stuff (cupboard, bigger table, bed tables...) even in the toilet. Windows did not isolate from outside, noise and temperature. To make a cup on tea, shall go downstairs in reception and pay. Even though, highly recommended.
