room very clean and beautiful. Every time my room was cleaned and the mattress is very comfortable. Bathroom very big and everything was even more higher than my standard. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I would like to find more option for the breakfast. I fount it a little bit under the standard for that hotel. Hope in the future they can consider to improve breakfast.

Good room and good breakfast and good safe quality e-bike storage facility (the last was most important)

The Fletcher restaurant offered very few main menu choices. (not inviting). That is why we did not use it. The Italian restaurant on 5th floor offered a variety of good meals, however our bill showed higher prices than shown on the menu card (‘they had no time to adjust’, they said on two occasions) No facility and permission to load our e-bike batteries

Modern hotel in a commercial activity zone. The room was sufficiently big. The beds are rather soft. The condition of the room is good and kept clean. Free reliable Wifi. Coffee making facility in the room. Friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of restaurants, a supermarket and shopping center nearby. Due to the COVID crisis the hotel was not busy. Restaurants were closed by government decree at 07.00 PM. Next door Dominos Pizza or nearby Burger King were open, serving take away. Big free parking opposite the hotel. Breakfast was sufficient with hot b/f items being available. The hotel next to the highway is quiet and ideal for a stopover in transit. The price in November was competitive.

Everything is perfect - nice rooms - Breakfast is very good.

Nothing the hotel can do about it but the parking is not secure. It's on a desert shopping mall, Park next to a bigger, more expensive car :-) Be aware that the hotel is inside a football stadium. There can be some noise when teams are present.

Location was on an industrial estate and was part of the local football stadium which was quite unique. We were allowed to view the stadium from the Sky Box overlooking the ground.

In general everything was good with very friendly staff.

location, cleanliness, breakfast was good although we had to push hard for breakfast to be served at 6.30am. The restaurant was also very good.

room was hot even with the air conditioning at its lowest level, no windows to cool down and the duvets were very heavy.

Location. Shops, restaurants, supermarket, everything was on walking distance.

An iron to iron my clothes, and a bike in the gym. The two bikes right now in the gym are spinning bikes.

Very spacious room with ample storage , Breakfast very good plenty to choose from continental and cooked, Location is perfect - plenty of restaurants near by - close to motorway

The location was fabulous - inside a professional football stadium. The service (food, customer service, cleanliness, etc. were excellent. Allowed to visit the Sky Box which is part of the hotel and looks over the pitch.

The room was clean and warm. It was in the area that i needed to be for work so it was the most convenient location.

Due to the restrictions of coronavirus, it is not possible to fully enjoy the hotel, but it is not a critique on the hotel as they have to follow the rules.
