If we could wish for a B&B it would be like this one! The house is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area with good infrastructure and transport links. Everything is not only functional, but also very nice and lovingly furnished in every detail. There is a very good breakfast and covered parking for bicycles with charging possibility for e-bikes. In the common area there is a refrigerator with inexpensive soft drinks and another refrigerator in which you can cool your own food. The kitchen is accessible at all times. There is a wide selection of free cookies, coffee and tea. At this point we would like to thank you, Jeanette, once again for your hospitality, your organizational talent and your warmth. We felt very comfortable and are looking forward to coming back next year. In summary: 12 out of 10 possible points

We recently stayed at The BnB 't Ambacht Bed & Breakfast in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, Netherlands, and we had a wonderful experience. absolutely everything was wonderful! Jeanette is so kind and helpful- we arrived just minutes before 3 and expected to follow the self-check in instructions (which were very clear) but she was just closing up and kindly stayed an extra 15 -20 minutes to not only check us in but also give us many recommendations. We chose the room with the garden as we were 3 and it was amazing. we are keeping this on our list to come back to!! candies in the reception area, lots of tea and coffee and biscuits all day, and breakfast- while we did not participate as we left early- smelled amazing the next morning. the history of the place is so interesting…cannot say enough to describe how special this place is!

We loved everything!

I wish we could have stayed at this BnB for a few more days. The location is so peaceful, the whole place/facility is quaint and immaculate, and our room was amazing! Definitely, gezellig! The Dutch breakfast is so worth it, too. The BnB staff were excellent and very hospitable and gave us some great advice based on the activities that we want to do in the area. This BnB is a great place to stay at close to Kinderdjik and Dordrecht. Heck, I would recommend this BnB as your home base for South Holland/Netherlands.

Our stay at BnB ‘t Ambacht was exceptional from the welcome to the quality of the rooms to the excellent Dutch breakfast. The building itself is a delight and the quality of the fixtures and fittings, decor, towels and bed linen were all of a very high quality. The breakfast was superb. We were a group of seven cyclists and we all agreed that this was the best hotel we stayed at. It was a shame we could only stay one night, would have loved to have stayed longer,

Beautifully renovated charming old bakery in the old part of Hendrik-ido-Ambacht a town near Rotterdam .Very good safe parking in the street outside. The whole place was immaculately and tastefully decorated. Light, airy bedrooms and a spotlessly clean shared kitchen with excellent tea and coffee making facilities and an endless supply of biscuits. We were later than expected but the manager, Jeanette, was still there. While she was arranging fresh flowers we had an interesting conversation about her (and our) extensive world travels. We had an excellent meal at Bella Milano a short walk along a footpath next to a tranquil canal. Definitely a perfect place for an overnight stay before taking the ferry from Hoek of Holland or for a longer stay to explore the windmills. Will stay again.

Everything was perfect

Such a lovely place, clean and spacious and so new and stylish. we really felt spoilt staying here. the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so lovely and really kind and spent ages giving us advice on places to go and where to eat etc. such a lovely touch having the tea/coffee and treats available really made all the difference especially with the kids.

I forgot to ask where the towels were from they were so thick and cosy. I wish we had stayed for longer.

Everything was great. The room was beautiful as well as the whole house. There were some free parking spots available in the street which is very handy. The location is great, especially if you want to visit Kinderdijk. Very generous breakfast as well. While there, I recommend eating at the restaurant De Oude Haven that is only a 2mins walk from the BnB.

We stayed here last year, the night before taking the ferry to UK. Loved the accomodation and the town, so booked to stay again. Such a beautiful old building, perfectly tenovated. The quality and taste of the renovations is extremely high. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to Jeanette for your hospitality.

this BnB is the cutest! it is probably on of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. the rooms are very spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable and the staff are SUPER friendly. There is a great spread for breakfast.
