Great and comfortable hotel about 40mins drive away from Amsterdam. We stayed there this Easter weekend as prices in AMS were eyewatering but we had our car so it was no bother at all. This was such a fantastic hotel with all amenities such as a bar, gym and 24hr service. We thought it was a real good find and would definitely stay again. Larger rooms than you'd find in AMS and if you're road tripping around the Netherlands great place to stop. The hotel is new and staff are wonderful, everone from reception to housekeeping were so friendly and welcoming. Will stay again.

The rooms needed dusting especially the bedside lamps. The rooms were clean, just required dusting. Oh more than one coffee pod is needed per person in the room as some didn't work. After the first morning, I had to go to reception to pick one up.

The staff were friendly. I usually dont eat brakefast, so I did not reserve brakefast in my booking, but I do drink coffee. So, I asked to buy only a cup of coffee and they gave it for free. This is not usuall in the south of EU where I am from. It is really close to the city by bike. Nice place to stay.

It was hard to get out by walking as I came by car and didnt realize you cannot exit by walking via the parking lot. You need to go through the building. Just my confunion.

Large room, great shower facility and bathroom, adequate closet space, friendly staff. Large TV set, air conditioning/heating. Parking available, restaurant available.

A little far from City Centre, bus is a 5 minute walk underpass below the highway. Beware you can't pay cash for bus and there's no machine. Thankfully I had cash on me and a person helped me pay with their app and I gave them the money. Very noisy hallway in the morning, people slamming doors.

The location was a little way out of the central area but very quiet with secure parking. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel is brand new and our room was huge - by far the best of the many we’ve stayed at in Europe. We booked for one night and ended up staying for three. It was a total pleasure to stay there. Thoroughly recommend.

Brand new upscale Bastion, incomparable with any other Bastions I know. The free upgrade to a larger room (without asking for it) and the free late check out are probably perks to enjoy due to its recent opening but therefore not less welcomed. Best value for money you can wish for. Will return soon.

The outside area is still unfinished, it's still a bit of a mess but honestly, it's nothing to dislike. It is just not finished yet.

Facility is very good and new

I booked the hotel for three nights but unfortunately due strike in France i could not connect my train and i did not come in the first night and full payment was made. I am not happy with this.

Very clean and quite big room. Close to the highway. We had a room facing the highway but we did not hear anything.

I did kot like the toilet. I'm 1.85m and when seated I was on my toes. Architect was obviously very tall. 🤔😁

unfortunately had a room next to the door to the elevator. room wasn't sound proof. too noisy

Very clean , quiet good place to rest

It’s location is only well accesible by car. If you need a taxi is only by phone reservation and if doesn’t show up like it happen to me you are in a big problem.

enough space and near to motorway, good for 1 night stop and have free parking space

still in construction in parking area, quite dirty for shoes and suitcases, but can be better when construction is finished.
