The hotel is built in traditional Nepali style and is lovely. It was almost perfectly clean. The staff was very friendly, offered free water and toilet paper every day at the front desk. My room had a lovely balcony with a nice view and was quite comfortable. The free breakfast buffet was okay: there were slightly different items ever day, and you could get omelets made. Room service food was excellent. The upper floor lounge/restaurant has a lovely view, but the food isn't so great. The location is in a lovely maze of old streets in a tourist part of town, but pretty close to anywhere you'd like to go. Easy to find a taxi or rickshaw.

Housekeeping only came once, at the beginning of my week-long stay. So the trash piled up and things didn't get cleaned. There was a line of ants always moving through the bathroom, which didn't bother me much, until they found my skin-care products. The bed was quite firm. I had to use the comforter from the 2nd bed doubled up as an extra cushion.

Awesome location right in the Thamel. Amazing views from the top floors - we didn't imagine than Kathmandu would ever offer us such views. Clean, well equipped, comfortable beds, good air-conditioning. Very nice rooms! The lounge on the top floors has incredible views - a really nice place to relax.

Breakfast is OK but not much more. The lounge has beautiful views, but is missing several menu items (they appear in the menus, but were always missing - likes desserts). Other than that nothing to dislike.

The location is great. Right inn the heart of the Thamel market. Room was clean. The staff really made the difference though. From helping me get a partial refund due to checking out early to holding my luggage and allowing me to take a shower after checking out, the service was fantastic! Highly recommend! Also a great breakfast is included.

Great location, amazing personal, very beautiful view from the terrace on the top, comfortable rooms. I had a really good time staying at this hotel. Breakfast is good as well with a lot of options

It was a bit cold I guess because of the cold air coming from the bathroom ventilation, but it’s ok if you close the bathroom door

Use something under the breakfast food items that actually works to keep them warm because the little flame burners were useless. Foods that I expected to be at least warm were almost without exception just room temperature. Disappointing.

The friendly staff were always available to help and offer any additional assistance. The area is very accessible as there is much to see and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. In addition there was an abundance of shops in the area.

I enjoyed my stay here and have nothing but good things to say.

The place and stuff were all great. I have previously stayed at this hotel with over 60 plus team members of mine on an office trip. I loved it so much that I decided to visit the place again. Love the balcony with the room and the rooftop view they have from the rooftop bar. It was totally worth the price. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The WiFi was excellent. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. The barista made coffee in the lobby was awesome.

Only complaint is the water pressure was a little low.

Very nice and big rooms. The bed was king size and super comfy, I slept really good. The showers were equipped with a rain shower and were clean. The AC worked without any problems and even the location was right at Thamel it was quiet.
