The property is very clean. A lot of privacy and very secure. The rooms are cleaned everyday! I stayed for 8 days and the property was consistent with their cleanliness

The workers were very polite! Not nosy. You feel at home! It’s quiet! My room had a balcony and I could open it for fresh air! The breakfast is minimal but helped me with my keto diet because there was no oily stuff!! I recommend hillside! It’s in a very wonderful location! Never got to meet the owners to say thanks in person! I hope to meet them next time I travel

There was a full kitchen that came with pots/pans, plates/bowls/utensils, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, and fridge/freezer. It also had a washer in the room and a drying rack. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower. There is an AC unit in the bedroom, but we did not use it because Windhoek was not very hot.

Breakfast was just cereal, fruit, yogurt, and some cheese and coldcuts. There were no eggs provided.

THE AIRCON DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND THERE IS ONLY BATH TAB THAT WASTE WATER IF YOU USE SHOWER HEAD

Could have had complimentary water in the fridge like a lot of the other places I stay…WiFi didn’t work the following morning 14/5/25… I only used the one voucher and when I wanted to use the second the morning of 14/5/25 for other device it said unavailable… Breakfast Ok… much better breakfast at Utopia… and priced basically the same

We were welcomed with smiles. Everyone was friendly and helped us wherever they could. We ended up staying 3nights. Our apartment was cleaned every day. Well done Hillside you rocked!!!

They are starting a breakfast cafe but do not serve egg So unfortunately I could not have breakfast as I have gluten intolerence but they are working on it

The staff is very good.the property is exceptionally good.my stay was worthwhile.l loved the fact that my flight was an early flight so l asked to check in early and they agreed,to top it all up l was supposed to check out at 10am but my flight was for 5pm and l was allowed to stay in the room till 3pm

The neatness

I was not satisfied with the TV entertainment provided. I recommend upgrading to a modern smart TV that allows guests to connect to WiFi and use various streaming apps. Additionally, offering access to platforms like Netflix would greatly improve the overall experience for visitors.

This is an excellent establishment. The units are spacious, well ventilated and appropriately equipped. They are generally accommodating for late checkout requests too.

Nothing in particular, except that the aircon can be replaced because the ones that we have used are very slow in cooling the rooms

Stayed in groundfloor studio apartment , large room, comfortable mattress. Apartment was clean. Staff was friendly. Didn't use the wifi so can't comment on speed and did not attend breakfast so can't give feedback on that. Only stayed one night, but it was just what we wanted.
