NH Collection Merida Paseo Montejo

Many of the aspects of this hotel are top-notch. The location is ideal, the bed was huge and comfortable, the shower was one of the best ever, and the Wi-Fi was super fast in the room which was ideal for my work. The rooftop space is also nice.

It's hard not to say this is an excellent hotel, but I probably wouldn't stay again. There were a few disappointing aspects, such as the fact that not only can you not open the window, much of it is covered with the outer decor of the hotel. It was also has an odd and very sterile atmosphere. I guess this could be expected in a large, chain hotel, but if you're looking for a place with character or soul then it won't be for you.

The front desk staff had very automated answers like if they learned a script. Didn’t inform us about the way of working of the parking after validating our ticket. We had to go back out of the exit gate bothering cars behind us and go back to the front desk to ask them about the procedure.

The location is excellent, close to Merida centre and close to many restaurants and amenities. You have free parking under the hotel, in case you rent a car. The breakfast is very nice, it is buffet with the possibility to request specific dishes from a cooker. The rooms are very clean and well furnished, the beds are comfortable and the rain shower in the bathroom was super nice. The staff was always helpful and friendly, they helped us with several requests, for example, they borrowed us an umbrella, they provided more towels, they provided us an ice cube to keep my medication fresh, etc. They also made sure that our rooms were next to each other.

The breakfast had very little choice. Platters were often not refilled, hot plates designed for keeping food warm were cold. Staff happily refilled your coffee from their jug, sadly the coffee was dreadfully weak. The coffee machine on the buffet did have decent coffee. Room towels were tired, ragged and stained.

Location is awesome, staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel itself is very clean, relatively modern. I’d definitely stay here again, but would go elsewhere for breakfast and food.

The NH Paseo 60 hotel is extremely stylish, beautifully furnished, spacious rooms, lovely roof terrace with pool and gym. The staff were extremely kind and helpful with any questions. the location is perfect.

Great location right in the heart of the city. close to every attraction.

Isn't the first time that I stayed at this hotel, we love the comfort and the location, the staff is always super friendly.

Just one bottle of water per room and you have to ask for it at the front desk every day, even though the room was for 2 people. Also, I booked the pool and when I tried to use it I couldn't because they were having a private event, so you as a guest of the hotel cant use the facilities!!!!

The hotel is a great option to stay in Merida. Its location is great (Walmart is super close, there are many restaurants around). The hotel is modern and stylish. The hotel’s staff was super friendly. My room was big updated and perfectly clean. Bed in my room was comfortable. The hotel is a pet friendly (no fee for cats).

Slow Wi-Fi. Complicated way you enter and leave the hotel (super slow elevators).
