The location and service was amazing. Staff were helpful with any request such as booking tours, transfer and local reccomendations on food, shops etc. I highly reccomend staying here and would come back again.

The decor of this place was sooooo stunning - lots of architectural style details. Having a full kitchen was super helpful, meant we could buy fruit from the local shops and keep it in the fridge/chop it up for a healthy breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and the fans worked enough that we rarely used the AC. We stayed in the room with a private plunge pool, which was great for a late night dip after a long day in the Tulum heat (it was scorching when we were there!) We didn't want to leave!

The bathroom wasn't fully enclosed which made having privacy a little challenging - the shower can be accessed from the main bedroom area, which meant there was no wall from floor to ceiling.

Definitely the place I wanna go next time - place with nice elegant design, very big and comfy, close to the center. We loved the balcony and the rooftop pool, the location, the feeling of having a small apt in the middle of tulum

Only the fact it was fully booked and we have to find another place for the rest of the week :)

The room was beautiful and well designed with kitchen and all the things you would need to cook including fridge w/freezer. beautiful rooftop and pool. a place to hang towel and bathing suit outside. check in and check out was easy, they helped me with my luggage carrying it up the stairs. housekeeping daily. it felt safe and protected. location was great near many good restaurants within walking distance. bicycle rental onsite. laundry service onsite. everything about UJO was well done and easy. the best thing of all was their excellent communication and service. they helped me w booking taxis and were patient with all my questions- super responsive. I think the best communication I’ve ever experienced anywhere. i was traveling solo for my first time in tulum and UJO made me feel welcomed, safe, & taken care of. I highly recommend UJO!!

no complaints other than no water provided upon check in. there are stores nearby for easy purchase. just a warning for light sleepers- bring earplugs. I am a super light sleeper when it comes to sound but it was really not an issue at UJO if you have earplugs. these were small things- overall UJO was excellent and I would stay here again.

Everything! The style and cleanliness of the room was amazing, super comfortable bed and great shower. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The helpfulness of the staff really made our stay super easy. Antonela in particular was fantastic. Any questions we had she was only a text away and would always reply super quick. She was happy to help not only with our stay in Ujo but with any questions we had about transport/directions/things to do in Tulum. Thank you Antonela! And also to Miniela for doing our laundry so quickly before we left for the next part of our trip. It was the perfect location for downtown Tulum, walking distance to everything but not too close to the main Avenue so there was no noise. Also the rooftop pool was great to chill out. We really loved everything about our stay here :)

The staff were all so friendly and attentive. Messages were replied to promptly before and after arrival, and the towels and bedding changed several times which was really appreciated. There is a rooftop pool and showers for a much needed refresh after a long day exploring. They also hire out bikes to help you explore the nearby beaches and cenotes. Really great restaurants are a short walk away which did trump the options on the beach by quality and price, negating the distance from the beach! Thanks to the team for looking after us!

It’s amazing value for money and quite understandably there is a bit of weekend noise from the surroundings but completely understandable given the good central location.

Nice location close to the city centre. Clean and spacious, perfect for our stay.We could rent bicycles and to explore Tulum and the beaches. The staff was extremely helpful and after we asked the manager gave us personalised list with recommendations for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks , including comments on what from the menu is nice. I don't think our stay in Tulum wiuld have been so good without that list. We loved the Ceviche at El capitan, the beach and the sunbeds at Posada Margherita (guests can hangout there for free), vibe & live Musik at Batey and also very nice for breakfast and dinner was La Hoja Verde. 100% recommendation.

The owner is very helpful and responsive via phone. Clean rooms. Nice pool area on the top.

The property is an appartment house without any reception. There is no staff walking around. The property is located 5-6 blocks and a 5min walk away from the main area with bars and restaurants. The neighbourhood can appear a bit suspocious if you are arriving late at night. The rooms are clean. However, not my style with concrete floor, walls and shelfs. Everything made from concrete does not seem very stylish, neither warm and welcoming (but that’s just my opinion). What I also did not like was that there is no space at all in the bathroom to put your stuff.

The room was just great! spacious, stylish and clean. the location was also really good if you wanna stay in the center.

First thing that we didn’t really like was that the hotel did not offer water refill. We did visit quite many hotels during our Mexico trip and almost every hotel had water dispensers for sustainability reasons. This was not the cheapest hotels so would have expected that. Also the room was pretty light during the night because of the bright lights in the hallway, so if you find it annoying a tip to take sleeping mask.

The staff in particular. Very attentive. The rooftop pool is very clean. Lovely area to relax on the rooftop. Friendly atmosphere. Great location. Within walking distance of the town centre and decent restaurants. I will be returning here should I visit Tulum in future. An absolute hidden gem of a boutique hotel.
