The beach club and beach access was fantastic. Also walking through the bungalows and the resort was a delight, so beautiful

Rooms were very small. Water pressure was non existent and toilet barely flushed

Beautiful idyllic grounds. Our room was small but clean and modern. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Plenty of cabanas to lounge in. Nice large dipping pool to cool off. The hotel is just a short walk to the archeological park, so very convenient for that.

The hours of the bar and restaurants. I was looking for a quiet holiday but didn't expect this. The beachfront bar closes at 7, but really they pack up at 6:30. The staff literally grabs the pillows from your back right at 6:30. The inland restaurant closes at 9 pm but they basically stopped serving at 8:30. We arrived at 8:30 and were offered only a quesidilla. The resort was pretty full, lots of people were coming in and being turned away so not sure why they close so early. The area is dead at night so your only choice of food past 8:30 pm is an expensive taxi to town.

staff are incredible, couldn’t do enough for you. located on the nicest part of the beach & very reasonable in price compared to other hotels near by

could do with a pool in the centre of the complex, but beach is 2 min walk

My wife and I are frequent travellers to Tulum and we are glad to have booked this new option. This trip was surprisingly great! It's right next to the archaeological site so we got to visit early and have the place practically for ourselves. The staff is amazing, attentive, and very helpful. We totally disconnected and enjoyed great dishes. But the best is the beach club area, check out their snorkeling tour you will not regret it!!! Just came back and already planning our next trip. Special shout out to Laura and Julian!! They took such good care of us.

Nothing, all is great!

This hotel was super nice. Our room had air conditioning which made it so comfortable. beautiful sand and palm trees everywhere. The beach was incredibly beautiful itself and very comfortable just to hang around there. There are no lights at night by the beach (because it’s in a protected area) which makes it a perfect spot for watching the stars. We really enjoyed our stay.

It’s nothing to do with the property but the entire Tulum beach was full of seagrass that is apparently seasonal, so unfortunately we couldn’t even go for a swim. It’s not the hotel’s fault obviously and we actually quite enjoyed chilling by the beach so it was okay.

Calm location not far from the Tulum ruins. The beach is not overcrowded, so you can enjoy and relax. Good breakfast with unlimited coffee. They also have some basic dinner options, if you will not be eating too late.

Wifi is only available at a lobby, perhaps something to improve in future, but we were fully aware of this when we booked the accommodation. Taxi drivers will likely try to charge you crazy price if you wish to go the city centre (750 pesos one direction). We had a car so for us it was OK.

Everyone was very sweet and helpful, the beach club was large, beach beds were comfy, beach bar food was very good, bedroom pillows were soft, and the music onsite was kept at a normal not LOUD level! Hopefully they won’t add more cabanas to the existing site because right now there’s a nice mix of cabanas to sand space……

minor—my room was a bit under-decorated and in the bathroom there was no space to put toiletries (a used a beyuco stool from the room)

The bungalow, I would say "hut" was very authentic. No plastic, just wood, stone and metal. The bed was comfortable .It is situated in white sand dunes, just e few steps from the beach.

There was a problem with regulation of water temperature in the shower. Either very hot or very cold. Impossible to get the right temperature.

the beach location is perfection. the bar is well priced, food is yummy, staff is friendly and helpful. we went during the World Cup and it was a great time & family friendly. it’s old school eco-chic Tulum that I love so much!
