great combination at the beach Pool bars tacos hamburgers, great services over all. nice view of the pool and beach.

the beach itself was not nice with seaweed and we had an incident with spikes on the foot that cost us 150 usd extra on the medical center at the hotel, and there was an extra charge for the beds in the front line of the pool for 100 usd and the first days there weren’t any tequilas included

The food is amazing - Jimena at La Brassiere is a gem - Roberto at 1910 is the perfect mixologist and teacher of tequila - Emannuel at the 1910 and Mexican bar made sure our birthday drinks were served in style and care. Luis at Arezzo was gracious in serving our needs for our final dinner at the resort. All our servers for each meal were amazing and helped us get our Spanish words correct. We loved all the food at all the restaurants although Mestizo (mexican) for dinner was not our fav so only went there for breakfast (AMAZING) and lunch, snacks. Freddy at the Mangler Bar was great with his drinks and service. The adult pool was great and the Natura restaurant has the most amazing food loved the salmon and nachos - We can't forget our ambassador Roberto and Edgar - helped us lots even if we couldn't get reservations every night for dinner. Loved the entertainment in the plaza and sport court. Beach was as clean as they could get it with the sargassum was alot this year but enjoyed the beach and water.

We had a roof top patio - the top railing bent almost off the wall and I almost fell down the stairs - it was fixed right away the next morning BUT to have the same railing fall completely off the wall and to fall again was not impressive - again it was fixed right away but having a previous knee injury was not fun to deal with. Get rid of the towel card it is pointless since we ended up having 6 towels and 4 towel cards at the same time? Get rid of the reservations for dinner too - most times the restaurants were near empty, when apparently we could NOT get a reservation - I can see booking if you are with a large group to book a reservation. But it is pointless and you can't expect people to eat at 9pm???

Property grounds were kept really well. Beautiful gardens. Food was very good, enjoyed all the restaurants we tried, the breakfast buffets and the snacks shacks around the resort. The staff service was really great and the front desk was kind and accommodating when I reached out to them. My son loved the Kid Club and they had a large variety of activities for kids and some Night shows as well.

For a BEACH resort the unavailability of lounge chairs at the beach or pools was absurd. There were NEVER lounge chairs available. Some issues with availability of beach/pool towels as well.

Above what we expected. Great beach. Good restaurants with a lot of choices. Fantastic room with rooftop terrace. A lot of swimming pools. Adults only swimming pool with daily entertainment. Very interesting wine list (at an extra charge). OK gym. An all-inclusive resort I would recommend to others, and also a place I would visit again.

there are facilities where even all inclusive members need to pay ( like the ice cream and espresso coffee)

It was very well kept and clean with exceptional pools and beach front!

Food quality could have been better!

The multiple restaurants with different cuisine offered. the food was exception in every restaurant.

The need to have to reserve a table at a restaurant for dinner by having to physically going to the guest desk. You could improve this by allowing guests to call and book from their room.

,I did like the pool. I just loved the staff, they were delightful, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are an asset to the property. I really did enjoy my stay.

I didn't like the fact that every time I went to make reservations they were always filled. That didn't make any sense. The beach was just ok.

The kids club is amazing and very secure with plenty of activities. There was a team cleaning the beach on daily basis, there was a large number of swimming pools and some for adults only. The buffet was good with thematic nights (oriental, mexican, etc) Very nice staff and entertaining night shows. The jungle space with monkeys, coatis, zarigüeyas..

In the large pools were kids and also groups of adults totally drunk making fuss and swearing, bar tenders should stop giving alcohol to drunk groups. There was not enough chairs for everybody so there was nowhere to lie down if you arrived mid morning. No one helped out to find a place. There was a buffet for lunch and one for dinner and the rest of the restaurants were paid and fully booked.

The breakfast and the dinner at the French (La Brasserie) restaurant was really good and their service was superb the lady went above and beyond to get us fresh grinded lattes every morning . The experience at Casa De Rosa was exceptional and the private dinner at Sea Olive was really good too. (Casa de Rosa and private dinner we paid extra but it really worth it). The servers at the Thai restaurant were really attentive too. Everything was really clean and safety was a priority.

I think the main buffet at Flavours should be bigger with more options for breakfast and dinner. It was limited with only two serving stations and log lines. Also they can do a better job into assisting for the reservations for dinner. I understand that with COVID they are not at full capacity and its hard for them so overall it was good.
