The location is fantastic, the enormous pool area leads directly to the beach, so you can wander between both. There are great bar facilities at both areas, a lovely beach bar with swings, and a swim up bar at the pool! The breakfast had an amazing selection, everything from cooked breakfast, omelette station, pastries, continental breakfast, fruit, everything. The room was great, fantastic bed and bathroom.
It is all inclusive which is great, however the cocktails tended to be more 'cocktail mix' than actual made from scratch cocktails, but great all the same. It could do with a few more evening locations, I think the piano bar was not in action because they were using it as a covid testing area, so maybe if that had been there it would have been better.

property was beautifully maintained. easy access to all restaurants on both resorts. really enjoyed having access to both resorts, and the additional options this brought along. the staff was incredible and went out of their way many times to make things special. we really enjoyed edher the waiter at Oceana for daily breakfast and lunch. Martha and Roy the beach concierges while we were there were also great. all of the pool side servers, waiters at restraints, etc were so kind!
we had a corner room and our room didn’t get below 72°, but that it our biggest complaint. it did take several days to get the in room liquor from our preferred room, but eventually didn’t matter because we didn’t even open it!

nice location, it’s on isle mujeres so it’s quiet and beautiful compared to hotel zone. The staffs are all super nice. Room service is superb. Great selection of restaurants.
Some facilities are a bit dated like hair dryers. Also not enough outlets for my phone, tablet and Apple Watch.

The food was amazing for it being resort food! The staff was also very very nice! You have to try the italian restaurant Portofino and Hibachi as well! Being able to go to Dreams was amazing too. We went on the water slide a couple of times. I 100% recommend and will be staying here again!
Its a little far from the city but I knew that when booking. This place honestly didnt leave much room for a negative thought. All was amazing.

Dinners were great! In particular the French, Italian and Japanese food. Staff was so helpful, gorgeous facilities and overall fun time! Stayed in an ocean view junior suite- was really nice. We enjoyed the gym.
Breakfast and lunch could have been better. Mostly lunch needs more options, especially if you’re gluten free. To get (good) pool chairs you have to wake up early and reserve them with towels.

The shuttle delays around the property and it’s pretty far from central Cancun shooing district.. It would have nice to have more assistance with excursion planning . She was very busy and offered no suggestions into what was available to us based on what we told her we wanted to do.

Beautiful property with exceptional wait staff except the front desk service. Had a difficult time with an early check in request, had to request a manager to get better service. Got to my room and realized the air conditioner wasn’t working. Room remained semi cool throughout the stay which was horrible for me. All in all I enjoyed my well needed vacation even with the issues that came about.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Frankcelly was the best pool side server!! Andres and Anabelly were excellent wait staff and hostess at the Market Cafe! All staff said good morning every time you saw them, and many asked if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable.
We missed the chance for the Italian restaurant because they were closed.
